Sylvia was amazing! Her coaching really helped me understand unconscious patterns in my life that have held me back from so much personal and professional growth. Bringing those patterns to the conscious mind helped me recognize those now before they even happen and replace them with ones that help me achieve the life that I want to have. Her knowledge of these fundamental truths and principles was really impressive which helped our time to be very productive. She also held me accountable for our commitments and the ones I had set for myself which any great coach would do. I think everyone would benefit from her coaching and can't recommend her enough.
