Who are You Underneath Your Achievements with Quantum Hypnosis Practitioner, Ali Christos

November 2, 2026

Your identity can feel rock solid right up until life takes a sledgehammer to it. When achievements, marriage, health, or certainty collapse, the real question gets loud: who are you underneath all of that, and what is your purpose when you cannot “perform” your way back to peace?

We sit down with Ali Christos for an honest, faith-forward conversation about identity, surrender to God, and the turning points that reshape a life. Ali shares multiple near-death experience moments, including a terrifying edible overdose that felt like separation from God and a powerful brush with death in India that brought an overwhelming sense of divine love. Those contrasts open up a deeper talk about fear of death, gratitude, and why chasing status and “success” can quietly hollow us out.

From there, we move into the hard realities of divorce recovery: emotional decision-making, financial pressure, and the temptation to fight for the sake of pride. We unpack what it looks like to slow down, seek guidance through prayer and stillness, and keep children’s wellbeing at the center. We also explore spiritual discernment, spiritual warfare, and the daily practice of surrender as a path to clarity and “flow” that is rooted in humility instead of ego.

Ali also explains his work with quantum healing hypnosis and why prayer remains central when someone shows up in deep fear or distress. If you’re searching for purpose after divorce, Christian spirituality, healing after trauma, or practical ways to surrender to God, this conversation offers real stories and grounded next steps.

Why Identity And Purpose Matter

SPEAKER_01 (0:02): If you’ve ever struggled with fear, doubt, or worry, and wondering what your true purpose was all about, then this podcast is for you. In this show, your host, Sylvia Warsham, will interview elite experts and ordinary people that have created extraordinary lives. So here’s your host, Sylvia Warsham.

SPEAKER_00 (0:29): Hey Lightbringers, it’s Sylvia Warsham. Welcome to Release.reve Purpose. And today’s Ali Christos. He’s going to be talking to us about identity, about achievement and major turning points like divorce and how that can shift our identity around and help us understand who we were truly born to be, you know, created to be, because sometimes we fall in these acts early on because of our modeling, what we saw at home, the expectations of others. I know I can relate to what Ali is going to be talking about in terms of identity. What happens when you remove all these achievements? Who are you at the core in 2017 when the Lord kind of stripped away all these identities and he said, now who do you think you are? And it was quite interesting, the answers that came to me, because when you turn inward for answers instead of outward, you’ll find that you’ve had the answers all along. And you have been searching outside of yourself. And that’s why you’ve been stuck longer in these circumstances than you realize and why you landed in places that weren’t really meant for you to begin with, but you did because of the circumstances and the belief systems that are at the core of our identities. And so Ali and I are going to be talking about these very same questions throughout the interview. So without further ado, Ali, thank you so much for joining us on Released Out Reveal Purpose.

SPEAKER_02 (2:02): Thank you so much for having me. I’m honored to be here.

SPEAKER_00 (2:05): I’m just as honored to have you on the show. And I’d really like for you to share that amazing story of transformation from your first act, then through the divorce, and then now in what you’re working on currently.

The Gummy Overdose And Hell Feeling

SPEAKER_02 (2:22): Well, I have to say that I have appeared on many podcasts, but it’s rare that I get to be on a podcast such as this where I could speak about faith more openly, if I could say that. As you know, when you have encounters with mortality, or as they call it, the NDEs, near-death experiences, it shifts you, right? And there’s experiences that you encounter that are undeniable to you. And so such was the case for me on several occasions. Two in particular come to mind. One was an unfortunate bad trip while I was in Los Angeles for a college trip. And I grew up not doing marijuana, not smoking, not having alcohol, very straight-laced. And then one day while I’m in college, I decide that okay, I’m gonna do gummies, right? Because in Los Angeles became legalized, and in New York it still wasn’t. So me and my buddies went out and we got our med medical card, and then right next door, of course, was the gummy place. We we bought a bunch of gummies. And long story short, I ended up overdosing. And as you may or may not know, but when you take gummies, it takes some time for it to set in. And my friends just figured that maybe I knew what I was doing. You know, sometimes when you’re in college, you just pretend like you’re cool and you know what you’re doing when you have no freaking clue, and such was the case. I ended up having one gummy, two gummies, three gummies. I’m like, I don’t feel anything. And then after about like eight of them, I go back to my hotel room and my wife is there, and I tell her what just happened, and she doesn’t know, right? That because we just don’t do these things, right? And then I start laughing uncontrollably. I’m watching like just on TV, it’s just a scattered screen, but I’m laughing uncontrollably, and she’s like, Would you shut up? You know, this is a hotel, and people can probably hear you outside, and you know, she’s not used to this. It was I was probably being very obnoxious. Fast forward about half an hour into it, I start to feel like I’m dying, and I find myself just turning over the bed and then being on the floor on my knees. And the best way that I could describe the feeling that came over me was I felt like God’s love had left me, and to me, it was an experience of hell, and it was one that I brought upon myself, and I felt like I was gonna vomit, but I didn’t, and I was just crying, and I was just like, God please, you know, like I felt if one can imagine an abandonment as a child from their mom, their you know, someone who’s loves them dearly and takes care of them, and you you feel that abandonment, I felt that. And to me, it I was like, whoa, that felt like hell. And that feeling stayed with me for so long until I had my I had two other near-death experiences.

Choking In India And Bliss

SPEAKER_02 (5:30): One happened while I was in India. I was severely allergic to dust, and I was invited to a wedding in Rajasthan, which for those of you listening that know India, it’s a desert. And so lots of dust. And we were checking into a hotel that the groom who had invited us had booked for us. So as soon as we walk into the room, I could feel the dust in the room, in the bed sheets, in the drapes, and I was just like, oh my god, this is gonna be, you know, terrible. And out of respect, we couldn’t just check out and go into another hotel because you know, we’re guests. So it would have been very rude to do that. And so I went to the hotel lobby and I said, Hey, I have this allergy, and you know, they’re like the whole hotel is like this. We it just we’re we’re in a place of that has a lot of dust, and unfortunately, you can’t do anything about it. And but they offered to bring a brand new cot to the room, and they said, you know, this should help. So I’m lying in bed there in the middle of the night. I start to choke. And all of a sudden, I start to feel like I’m leaving my body and into this light, and I start to feel this joy, this bliss that I I can’t remember ever experiencing before. And I was just like, wow. You know, my life was very good. I had no reason to want to kill myself. But the feeling of the love, the embrace, the bliss, and being in the presence of the divine felt so it I felt so elated that I could contrast that to the feeling of being in the body being so heavy, so dense. I was like, why would anyone want to be in a body when you could feel this and and be with God? And then I started to see my life flashing in front of my eyes like a movie, and seeing my daughters, and I get the feeling that they’ll be okay. And then it stops at my son. In that moment, my son’s son wakes up choking as if to be like, if you’re going, Dad, I’m going too. And the feeling I got was he still needs me, he’s still young, and not only that, his soul and I probably have some sort of an a contract or an agreement, who knows? I need to come back. And so I decided to come back. And that feeling as well was so unique that it always stayed with me. That now, after that, I lost the fear of death. And also I got to feel the love, the compassion, and these words don’t even begin to encompass the love of the creator, and that was my second near-death experience.

Car Crash Recovery And Anger

SPEAKER_02 (8:18): Fast forward to Christmas Eve of 2011, right? Of all dates, Christmas Eve. We’re driving from New York to New Jersey, we’re going to an event, it’s the sun is setting, it’s raining. And as you may know, if you’ve ever been in New Jersey, that some of these turnpikes come to red lights. And many of us are not used to that. And my mother-in-law was definitely not prepared that night. It’s raining, and all of a sudden she sees the red light, it’s a little late, but she slams the brakes. Luckily, we were in SUVs, everyone was buckled except for me. And interestingly enough, the moment that we got into the accident, I was staring into my daughter’s eyes, who at that time was one year old, and asking, Where’s God? Where’s God? Almost like being ungrateful of the obvious, of the omnipresence of the Creator. And in that moment, another SUV slammed into us. And by the time the paramedics came, I was very worried about everyone else, especially the children. There were twins, my my daughter and my son, they were about a year old. They were in their car seat, and the paramedics said, We’re not worried about anyone else, we’re worried about you. I said, Why is that? They said, anyone wearing a seatbelt is okay. The kids were in the car seat, they could have been in a NASCAR, they would have been okay. I said, Thank God. They said, But you were worried about because I said, I don’t feel anything right now. They said, You won’t, you’ll feel it tomorrow. And they said, We urge you to go to the ER immediately. And I said, Okay. So I went. I didn’t feel anything that night. Sure enough, the next day I was in excruciating pain. They could not give me enough painkillers. Long story short, I ended up being bedridden for eight months, not able to lift my own children, not able to provide for my family. And I, you know, I’m still a relatively young man, main bread earner for the family, and all of a sudden I can’t do any of that. And so, needless to say, I was depressed. I was angry. I was angry at God, I was angry at life. And one night I’m lying in bed with my son, and his twin was in the other room with the mother of my kids, and I’m crying, and I’m ashamed to say this, but I was swearing at God because I was like, wow, you know, my whole life I’ve been an athlete, my whole life I’ve been so fit and and you know, able, and all of a sudden I can’t lift my own children, I can’t provide for my family, and I was blaming God.

Lorna Byrne Calls With Hope

SPEAKER_02 (10:54): Interestingly enough, the next morning I get a call, and the call was long distance from Ireland, and I was like, who do I know in Ireland? And then I heard a voice and it was an Irish accent, and there was only one lady that I knew in Ireland, but I didn’t know that she had my number. And I don’t know if you or your listeners have heard this name, Lorna Byrne. So she’s the author of Angels in My Hair and many other books. She’s an incredible woman that’s a grandmother today. She comes from a very poor Irish family, and ever since she was young, by the way, she’s super dyslexic, so she cannot read or write. But ever since she was young, she recalls seeing and talking with angels and communicating with God. And to her, it’s normal as if you and I are communicating. So I had gone to meet her through a friend of mine, John, who had invited me to an event in Manhattan months earlier. And I never really believed in this woman. At first, I was very skeptical. I’m like, yeah, sure she talks to angels, sure, sure she does that, right? But he’s like, no, just come, it’s gonna be great. It was at a Unitarian church in Tribeca, and I went and it was packed. There was, you know, by the time this talk began, there was nowhere to sit. People were standing by the walls, and there was just this beautiful conversation between Lorna and the moderator. And at one point, Lorna looked over at the statue of Dr. Martin Luther King and she smiled. And the moderator caught that and he said, You know, do you mind sharing with us what you see? And she said, The angels are showing me that Dr. King was not always a black man. And so the audience gasped at that. But the that led me into this exploration of Lorna’s books about God and about angels and about death. And it was just so fascinating to me because it’s it was the unknown prior to that for me. And so fast forward after this accident, I get this call from Lorna, and I’m like, Lorna, and she’s like, Yes. I said, How can I help you? She says, I heard what you’re going through, and I’ve been told you’re gonna make it through it. And those were the words I really needed to hear. I needed that hope, someone to reignite that candle within me, so to speak, because I felt like I was going through the dark night of the soul. And those words gave me the courage and the encouragement to continue physiotherapy and continue to explore life in a way that was more positive without blaming God and actually taking responsibility for my life. And thankfully, after that, I got into uh meditation and I started to read a lot more on uh Lorna and the different faith traditions, and that brought me into the practice of meditation. And when I was reading the Bible, I started to see that it was saying, be still and know that I’m God, the kingdom of God is within you. And so all these things reminded me that wait a minute, I’ve been looking for God everywhere else, not seeing the obvious, but God is everywhere, including within us. And so having had those experiences and also realizing coming from this materialistic world where I was in business and having clients that were high-net worth individuals, billionaires, and coming to this kind of awakening, if you will, that wait a minute, what’s really important in life? It’s it’s not the things, it’s not the accomplishments, you know, my health is so important. And then once I have my health, of course, my loved ones, you know, so that I can appreciate what’s really of value, right? And everything else is tertiary at best. And so these realizations started to set in. And over time, I started to explore more of the uh nature and the reality of things.

Divorce Decisions And Kids First

SPEAKER_02 (14:57): We say that man plans and God laughs. So 15 years of marriage, and then all of a sudden I’m going through a tumultuous divorce, three beautiful children, and I have to say that I was not innocent in it. There were actions I took that brought that about. And also one fateful night, I remember I was lying in bed and I was crying to God, saying, God, please help me. I’m in this loveless marriage, and I love my children. I don’t want to be divorced, and I don’t want to orphan my children. I want to be able to, I also feel like I deserve love. Please help me. I was crying. I was, you know, feeling really low at that point in my marriage. And within a few months, things started to unravel before I knew it. I was going through this incredible divorce. Uh, incredible in so many ways. One, it was super, super costly. My attorney said it would cost me two million dollars for my divorce, believe it or not.

SPEAKER_00 (15:56): That’s a lot. That’s a lot of money.

SPEAKER_02 (15:59): Well, they’re they’re very smart that way. What they do is they first look at your net worth and then they say, Oh, for you, it’s gonna cost this much. And when you’re going through a divorce, if you’ve ever been through it, or those who are listening, they’ll know that it’s hard to think clearly.

SPEAKER_00 (16:12): It is. I’ve been through one, so I understand.

SPEAKER_02 (16:15): So you understand. So I’m at a point where I can’t think clearly. I felt like the world is being pulled from underneath my feet, and I’m extremely in this fight or flight mode. And these attorneys are like, Your wife has hired the best attorney in Long Island, so we suggest you hire two of the best ones in Manhattan, and this is how much it will cost. And so I just, you know, I asked some of my friends at the time, so-called friends, and they said, Yeah, yeah, yeah, do it, do it, fight her, fight her. Two months into it, it yeah.

SPEAKER_00 (16:48): It’s crazy because they forget about the children.

SPEAKER_02 (16:51): Yeah, children are caught in the barrel. No, honestly, I don’t think they give a shit. Excuse my friends. I don’t think they care.

SPEAKER_00 (16:57): They don’t care because the more they can extend it, the more money they can make. And friends, when we’re going through, for those listening on the other side of this podcast, when you’re going through a divorce, one of the things that that I want to bring up right now on this point is that you want to surround yourself with a community of people that have your best interests at heart and have your children’s best interests at heart as well. Because we can be influenced by people that really are in it for themselves and what they gain if they keep you distracted enough. And that’s why you have to be very still and go inward and ask the Lord for guidance as you’re moving through these major pivotal moments. You don’t want to make big emotional decisions while you’re navigating divorce because your mind is too emotional, it’s not logical enough. And you need for the emotion to die down some so that your conscious ability of your mind can actually step in and help you. Otherwise, you’re gonna be if if you allow the subconscious mind to drive that ship, and if you have belief systems that are fear-based belief systems, you’re gonna make fear-based decisions. And it’s going to be very, very bad outcome for you later. The best advice that I received when I was going through my divorce came from my therapist, Randy Thompson, in Brownsville, Texas, for those listening. And he said, Sylvia, you want to keep your kids’ interests up front and center when you make decisions.

SPEAKER_02 (18:29): Beautiful. And that’s what you want to do.

SPEAKER_00 (18:32): And I was very fortunate that I that I had Randy to give me that advice because despite being very angry at my husband and the things he had done and the betrayals, I remember exactly what Randy had said. There were events at my son’s school, and I could have easily not invited his dad because he wasn’t paying for his private school. I was. But I said, I don’t want my son to feel left out and different from other children. So I would invite him. And people were shocked because they knew who was paying the bill. I was the one paying the tuition and the uniforms and all that because the school knew. And they said, We’re really shocked. And I said, Well, this is about my son. This isn’t about me or him.

SPEAKER_02 (19:14): Good for you.

SPEAKER_00 (19:15): Good for you. So yeah. So but please continue.

SPEAKER_02 (19:19): No, it’s per perfect. I think it’s important. And everyone listening to this is at a different stage in their life. And hopefully you don’t have to experience it. But if you do, then at least hope this can help guide you so that you can make better decisions, perhaps.

Firing Attorneys And Letting Go

SPEAKER_02 (19:34): For me, about two and a half months into it, and after spending over 200 grand, and I got clarity from the Lord, and and that was that you know what? Stop paying these attorneys because they’re charging me $300 every time I needed to s communicate with the mother of my children. I said, This is ridiculous, you know. And I’m like, I started to extrapolate it in my mind. I’m like, wait a minute, they’re gonna drain both of us. You know, her attorney’s draining her on that side, my attorneys are draining me on this side. And whose money would this be otherwise? It would be my children’s. I fired them, I said, give her everything she wants. I signed off on it. And even my attorney and some of my friends were like, Oh, you’re crazy, you’re walking away from so much money. I said, The money I can make it again. I’m not concerned for that. I’m creating hell for my children every minute that I’m battling with their mother. And I said, give her what she wants. She wants the houses, give it to her. She wants the art, give it to her. She wants the custody, give it to her. She, you know, I know that even though we’re not working out, she’s a great mom. I know that even though, you know, the attorneys are pitting us against each other, um, it’s benefiting them, but it’s not benefiting the children. I said, I’d rather the money go to the mother of my kids. As much as I’m angry at her, I’d rather it go to her because I know that it will benefit my children rather than go to these attorneys because they’re just draining and draining both of us. So that’s what I did. And till this day, even my wife’s uncle calls me and he’s like, You know how much money you walked away from? I could have helped mediate that and you could have had this. I said, Look, who has it now? She has it. And my children have it.

SPEAKER_00 (21:15): Here’s the thing with that money comes and goes. As you saw when you were bedridden. Now, that’s not the Lord’s doing. That was a choice you made not to put on a seatbelt on. I made the choice of taking a birth control pill after the age of 35 that put me in nearly losing my life in 2012 of facing an 80% chance of dying because I got a condition called Bud Carey syndrome that can happen when you take birth control pills after the age of 35. It’s uh it’s a risk that quadruples.

SPEAKER_02 (21:45): Wow.

SPEAKER_00 (21:46): And I ended up with a massive blood clot in the vena cava, which is characteristic of Bud Carey. I was facing a liver transplant. I was facing

Job Story And Sylvia ICU Miracle

SPEAKER_00 (21:55): multiple pulmonary embolisms, I was facing long term complications. Complications from the pulmonary embolisms like scarring in the lungs and things like that. So, one of the things that came up as you were speaking was the story of Job in the Bible. And it’s for those listening, if you’ve ever read Job and actually studied Job, the Lord had me reread Job in the last 90 days. Job is a very humbling book. And that Job was a righteous man. In fact, the Lord at the beginning of the book is talking to Satan in heaven about, here’s my righteous son. Have you seen him? He’s so wonderful. And Satan’s like, Well, yeah, he’s wonderful because you’ve given him everything. But what if you take everything away? I wonder if he would still glorify you and still respect you and love you and praise you. And so then the Lord allows because Satan had to ask permission to do this. And so he goes, Yeah, you can do it, but you cannot take his soul. That’s non-negotiable. He’s mine, right? And so Satan like destroys everything. Like he loses his children, he loses his wealth, he loses everything except the wife, right? The wife and him are the only ones that remain. And then he still glorifies God. He doesn’t curse him ever, but he doesn’t understand what’s happening. Why is this happening? I think we we can all relate with Job. There’s times in our lives, you being in that bed for eight months. Why, Lord, why have you forsaken me? Even Christ asked that question before he got arrested. So, you know, Christ being the one that understands us, because he came in human form and and he’s our intercessor, he’s the one that can defend us, if you will, and and provide for us with God the Father. And and I find that in those pivotal moments when we’re facing these dark chapters, that’s when the Lord quietly guides. Can you speak more about what you went through and how you started to hear the Lord’s voice after those eight months?

SPEAKER_02 (24:09): I can.

Dream Perspective And This Passes

SPEAKER_02 (24:12): There was a a particular time during the end of the divorce that I was going through my own personal health once again. And there was a period where I wasn’t able to see my children. It was very difficult for me. It felt like the world that I had built had vanished overnight. And so I was praying a lot. And I remember this one particular night after really invoking God from the heart and deep, deep down, I was shown a dream. And the dream was it felt like as if, you know, if you ever see Google Earth, I felt like God took my soul and we were zooming out of my situation. And we kept zooming out more and zooming out more, zooming out more, to the point that I saw Earth like a dust ball. And the feeling I got was it reminded me of this too shall pass. This too shall pass. I may think that right now my world is collapsing and that everything is going wrong, and that I don’t know how I’m gonna get out of this. I don’t know, I cannot see the light at the other side of the tunnel. And then I had this dream, and that dream really empowered me. And I call it a dream, you know, or vision, but it’s just it’s one of those experiences that change your perspective. And when you change your perspective, it it can change the reality of of how you see life. And so it really empowered me. And when I was facing life after that point, I felt very much like I have submitted, surrendered to to the Lord. And and in that I found peace, in that I found power, in that I felt a sense of invincibility, but without the ego, if that makes sense. It was like, okay, you know, now when I pray, I I pray that God let me be a vessel. I don’t want to be I don’t want to be this bag of bones. I want to just be a clear vessel for your love, for your healing, for your message in the world. And ever since I started doing that, I feel like I’ve been guided more and more uh towards helping humanity in various ways. One of the ways was that I ended up publishing a number of books. And it’s interesting because Lorna keeps coming up because she calls me every so often. To me, it seems like it’s out of the blue, but nothing just happens by chance, is what I’m learning.

SPEAKER_00 (27:03): No, because she sees beyond. You get visions, I get visions. I get visions not in dreams, but while I’m awake. He’ll show me a reel in my head of no, this is what’s actually happening. When I’ve asked a question, he’ll answer me. And sometimes it’s the next day, sometimes it’s within a week, sometimes it’s through other people, and then all of a sudden I’ll get a vision of it. I’ve been following Lorna since 2021, and I’ve read her books and I followed her messages throughout the years because it’s the spiritual realm is very large. There’s more to it than what we see is nowhere near what is available, you know, elsewhere. And we’re talking earlier about the love that you felt from the Lord. And I can attest to that love because he visited me in the ICU when I needed a miracle. My miracle came on Easter Sunday morning. So imagine the significance of that day. The resurrection, you know, the resurrection day for Christians. But for the Catholics, it’s the Easter Sunday morning, right? And the love that enveloped that ICU room when we were uh praying the Our Father and the Lord’s Prayer for those listening, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In that moment, it was when I felt a love that just completely enveloped the entire room. And I felt cradled by Christ Himself. I felt like a little baby. And I felt seen in the like in a way I had never been seen before or understood. It’s indescribable. Uh, the love that you feel, you don’t ever want to leave that love. I didn’t want to come back into my body and feel everything else. I wasn’t, I did not experience a near-death experience. Uh clinically, the way it’s an NDE is described in some of John Burke’s books, Imagine Heaven. He’s a New York Times bestselling author and he’s the founding pastor of the church that I belong to here in Austin Gateway North.

SPEAKER_02 (29:11): Cool.

SPEAKER_00 (29:12): And he’s a mechanical engineer that got this prompting to start a church in Austin way back when. And then, but when he was 25 years old, somebody gave him a book on NDEs because he was so angry with God because his dad was dying.

SPEAKER_02 (29:27): Wow.

SPEAKER_00 (29:27): Just going through a major pivotal moment. But I learned about NDE. So I know technically what an NDE is, and I’ve never experienced one, but I did face an 80% chance of dying. So I got a second chance at life, right? But I had three miracles in 72 hours, which puts me in a different uh playing field. Like people that have experienced his love, that you know what it feels like. And the peace that you get from the Lord is not the peace of this world at all. It is so different. And when you surrender

Practical Surrender And Ego Traps

SPEAKER_00 (30:00): to his will, which is what happened with you, that you explained just recently, life becomes easier. And we don’t mean easy the way that Earth terms easy. So let’s be clear about that. Easier that everything just flows. It’s like you don’t have to think that hard anymore. It’s like you just surrender to his will and you say, okay, you want me to be fully dependent on you for decisions. I can do that. And I was someone, Ali, for those listening, that I had to have control over my circumstances. It sounds like you did too. And that’s something he stripped away from you too, which is what divorce does and these pivotal moments of like, I don’t think you need that layer. Let me remove that. But it’s not an easy removal because you’re not used to it. Yeah. So can you talk to us about what surrender looks like from a practical sense?

SPEAKER_02 (30:58): Uh yes. I’m so glad you brought that up because I look to practice that on a regular basis, on a daily basis, and sometimes multiple times a day, uh, including now. And for me, uh there’s a big contrast because coming from the world of uh business and real estate and the material world, uh, which New York City is is a perfect place to really get lost in that. And that’s exactly where I was. I was born and raised in Canada, but going there was like a dream, and having experienced all those things was a dream. And unfortunately for a lot of us, you know, we’ve been sold a bag of goods that is is a lie about what success looks like and what success is. And I definitely gave in to all those vices. I uh watched a movie uh about the Wolf of Wall Street and thought that was cool. And like, I mean, now I’m talking about it, I feel nauseous, but it’s just like these are the things that we are inundated with the through social media and through what society considers to be successful or cool or having achieved a certain status in life, and so that’s all that I was chasing, thinking that that would bring me happiness, but it obviously did not, and God obviously had another plan for me, and so here I am years later, looking back at the man that I was being and trying to have compassion for who I was because I was lost, and I there is a part of me that judges that, and when I see young men, especially that are very ego-driven and you know, looking to to just make that money to get the girls, to get the cars, it just reminds me of who I was being, and it really makes me nauseous. And so I do say that having compassion because it’s it reminds me of Jesus, right? Like Jesus was surrounded by people that were so ignorant, especially relative to him, but yet he had to be loving and and be compassionate and understanding and meet them where they are. And I’m not saying that, oh, I’ve arrived, I know everything, and you know, I’ve seen the light and everything is hunky-dory. No, it’s not how life works, unfortunately. It’s just the moment you’ve climbed one mountain, the next one appears. And and as they say, you know, everyone has their cross to bear. And so for me, and much like you said, that surrendering has been the key, has been the key to peace, has been the key to flow. A lot of business people talk about being in the flow. And for me, it’s when I surrender to God and I say, Hey, you know, let me be a vessel of your love, of your healing, it’s not about me, you know. See through me, talk through me, walk through me, heal through me. And so Ali no longer exists. It’s not about me. And and when the what people would call miracles, right, like the the visions, the visions that you get, the visions that I get, they come and I act upon it, and people start to baw or start to experience something, I remind myself, this is not me, this is a gift that has been given to me from the Almighty, and that I should remain humble. And and I also realize there’s a part of me that realizes that the moment that I think that it’s me, my ego, the lower self, then those gifts can just disappear. And that’s from my own doing. And so for years I’ve been cultivating these gifts, if you will, these gifts of intuition, these gifts of insight, these gifts of vision and discernment, especially in the world that we’re living in today, a world that’s full of noise, full of distractions, full of lies and deception, it’s so important for us to have that armor, right? It’s an armor that you can’t see, but for those of us that are sensitive, you can feel it. And it’s not something that I was raised with or that I knew about. It was something that I had to learn over time that when you go into certain spaces and people’s energy can impact you, and that prayer is very powerful, and faith is

Prayer Spiritual Armor And Discernment

SPEAKER_02 (35:38): very powerful, and saying the name of Jesus is very powerful with intention. And prior to the podcast, we were having a little bit of a talk about how you know not everyone sees Jesus in perhaps the way that the listeners and we do. And guess what? That’s okay to a certain extent because everyone has their path and their journey, and maybe one day they’ll see the light, right? But that being said, I’ll have clients that come to see me because as a quantum hypnotherapist, I get to see people of all different backgrounds, all different beliefs. And I had a lady the other day, I was shocked to hear this. She was raised Christian, but she says that oh, I watch a lot of YouTube videos, and now I’m convinced that Jesus is with Satan.

SPEAKER_00 (36:26): Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (36:26): Now my mind was like, oh my god, you know, what am I dealing with?

SPEAKER_00 (36:30): Please help me. How do I guide this woman?

SPEAKER_02 (36:32): Yeah, exactly. This is a kid.

SPEAKER_00 (36:34): So you tell me how I do this.

SPEAKER_02 (36:36): Exactly. So I know whose name I call onto when I can’t do anything. And I know that I don’t do much. And the people that come to me, they get all types of healing, and I know it’s not me doing it.

SPEAKER_00 (36:47): No. And I love that you say that. I’m gonna pause here for a minute because I’ve heard so many people, even in the Christian faith, say, but like for example, I’ve written books, but I I’ve told my husband, but I wasn’t the one writing that book. It was the Lord that was downloading through me. And he goes, But your name is on the book. And I said, Yes, and I am his vehicle, he is using me as a messenger, but it’s to glorify him. It’s to glorify him. Everything that we do is to glorify him and to worship him. And when we allow ego to dictate our actions, we’re going against the spirit. And it actually talks about this in Galatians 5.17, where you have the there’s a major conflict always happening between the desires of the flesh, the sins of the flesh, and being spirit-led. And Paul writes to the Galatians about allowing yourself to be spirit-led because you’re not there to do whatever you want, because what you want is in direct conflict to what the Lord wants from you and needs from you, because we’re all part of the same body of Christ. You and I are brothers and sisters in Christ. Like we’re same, the same family to Him. He does not have favorites. So it’s not like you can earn your way to heaven the way you earn your way here on earth, the way that culture tells you you have to earn and you have to achieve in order to be successful that upside down kingdom that the Lord, when Christ came on earth, he flipped the script around. And that’s why people were like the Pharisees were completely dumbfounded because he’s like, Well, what about the law? Well, what about the law?

SPEAKER_02 (38:42): I am the law.

SPEAKER_00 (38:43): I am the law, I am the truth, I am the way. And nobody comes to the Father except through me. I called it in my book in Faith, I thrive, finding joy through God’s master plan, the ego identity or the soul identity. And they’re in constant conflict with each other. So you’ve got to turn inward. When you’re surrendering, you’re getting still. And people get still in a number of ways. The Lord led me to meditation in 2020 because I suffered from a lot of anxiety. And the Lord said, it’s time for you to get this cleared up, my daughter, because it’s affecting your family and your kids in particular. And I need you to fix it. So I started meditating for five minutes and then it turned into an hour at the end of 2020, which was such a pivotal moment for us in 2020 for all of us around the world, because we had the time to do things because we were not allowed to go outside. And so that’s when I wrote the book and I allowed the Lord to speak through me. But I’m in agreement with you. The minute that we forget who we’re glorifying, who we’re depending on, there’s always something that happens to kind of like redirect us, reshift us. And the Lord takes advantage of our choices. That’s the whole point of

Quantum Healing Work And Entities

SPEAKER_00 (39:56): free will, right? We make choices and he goes, okay, let me pick that choice then. I see if I’ll listen to me or she’ll listen to me. At least that’s been my experience. But yes, going back to your original example of this lady, that would have thrown me in for a loop. What did you end up doing with her?

SPEAKER_02 (40:14): It’s so fascinating. Yeah. So there’s a few teachers that have taught me and continue to teach me. There’s a great book that I’d love to show you, Dr. William Baldwin.

SPEAKER_00 (40:27): Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (40:28): Who basically taught how to deal with spirits and entities. And it was not something I was taught by my original teacher who taught me QHT, which I started with, which QHT stands for quantum healing hypnosis technique. She comes from a Christian background as well, but did not believe in entities. But then I found through my practice when people come to me, and a lot of people that reach out to me are reaching out because they feel they have issues with entities. And I don’t understand how you can not believe in entities when you have the story of Mary of Magdala and so many others. But without going too much into the rabbit hole, how did I help this woman? I asked her because I didn’t want her to be triggered. I I said, Who do you call on to when you’re in despair? Who do you call on to when no one else can help you? Because she came to me because back in COVID, she felt an entity came into her leg and has been sending electric currents that’s impacting her gut, and the doctors are not able to help her. And it’s something that has really been debilitating in her life. She can’t ride a bike without pain, she can’t cook without pain, she can’t walk without feeling she’s all wobbly. And so she’s in her 70s, and you know, she came to me. And so when I had her lying down and about to um hypnotize her, I said, Who do you call to? And she says, God. I said, Okay. So then we’re gonna pray to God. And that’s what we had to do. And there was an entity that was attached to her that we were able to release. And and I don’t shy away from prayer because I know the power of prayer, and I know whom to call, and I know who I call. And so whether someone believes or not is is one thing. It does make my job more difficult because as Jesus said, with your faith, you’re healed, right? So some people do come in and they don’t have the faith or they don’t have the belief, but then they’re relying on my belief. And and thankfully, thank God, you know, they have not let me down.

SPEAKER_00 (42:47): That’s amazing. I’m grateful for your work, and I’m grateful for everything that you’ve done, your books. And so we’re gonna wrap this up because we’ve been at it for a clear 45 minutes. It’s been an amazing conversation, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Ali, let us know how we can find you

How To Find Ali And Final Charge

SPEAKER_00 (43:05): if we want to work with you. Can you work with people internationally? And any last words of encouragements you want to leave the listeners of release out reveal purpose with.

SPEAKER_02 (43:14): Yes. The last words that I want to leave with you is that God has never left you. And God will never leave you. It is us who makes that decision. It’s us who create the hell for ourselves. And so you are more empowered than you realize. And the more you can submit to his will, the more you’ll be in the flow, and the more things will work out for you easier and easier. And it will feel as if you have an army of the unseen behind you because you actually do.

SPEAKER_00 (43:52): Wonderful. Any web pages you want to share with us? Yes, please.

SPEAKER_02 (43:57): Um, so you can find me at qt. With Ali, and again, that stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. And there you can book a remote session. We call it EQH Beyond Quantum Healing for legal purposes, but essentially it’s the same thing. So you can do it anywhere you have internet access. And then you can also book a clarity call with me if you’d like. I have many blog articles about consciousness and about the findings from my clients. And then last but not least, if you’re interested in my books or any of the music that I’ve produced, my music is faith-based. And uh two of my albums were s were inspired by the chosen TV series. And so it’s about Jesus. Uh hopefully you’ll enjoy it. Two of my favorite tracks, one of them is called The Law of Moses. I am the Law of Moses, and from Jesus’ perspective, and then Den of Thieves, you know, referring to the Pharisees and Mary of Magdala, how Jesus called Mary by that name, and it was very special to her because that’s what her father used to call her. And and so you’ll find those tracks through myspiritualteacher.ca. Again, myspiritualteacher.ca and ca because I’m in Canada at the moment, so that’s what it stands for. And so you’ll find the books and the music through there. And I just want to say if you’ve listened till the end, uh hopefully the messages here have touched you, have resonated with you. And perhaps you can leave a comment uh of what resonated most. And if you found it helpful, please share it with others. And thank you again for listening. And thank you for having me on your podcast.

SPEAKER_00 (45:33): It was such an honor to have you on, Ali. Thank you so much for joining us and for sharing your amazing story of transformation of all the NDEs and the divorce. And I’m very sorry to hear about your divorce, but I know that the Lord always uses our choices for our good. And that’s why we must turn to him, really, when we are in times of distress and in emotional, uh pivotal moments like the ones that Ali and I have discussed today on this show. And for the listeners, remember Matthew 5.14 to always be the light. Be the light, shine his light, glorify him in everything you do. And when you do that, when you surrender and you submit to his will willingly, you will find that you are in the flow. You are in alignment with the creator of the universe himself, and he will back you up every step of the way. And he’s never left you, he’s never abandoned you. We’re the ones that step away from him, we’re the ones that believe that. And just like there’s good in the world, there’s also evil. And be aware of that as well, because in times of major, major change, it’s best to just pray and stay in total communion with the Lord, even when it’s hard. Because evil Especially when it’s hard. Evil is waiting to separate you from the Lord. He does not want you to be happy or peaceful or to produce any of his fruit. There’ll be major spiritual warfare on you if you do not pray and stay close to the Lord.

Subscribe Review And Free Gift

SPEAKER_00 (46:56): He will separate you and he will make you feel like your light is not worth anything. And that is not of God. God is love, and we want to say that clearly on the show. Anything that’s not loving, that is not of God. So do not blame him, do not say it’s him because it’s not. Both Ali and I are people that made free will choices that put ourselves in positions of distress. When we forget that, we tend to blame the Lord. But then are we glorifying him when we have blessings come to us? Right?

SPEAKER_02 (47:32): Well said.

SPEAKER_00 (47:33): I just want to leave everybody with that message towards the end. And Aliyah was such an honor to have you. Thank you so much for joining us. And to the rest of you, have a wonderful and blessed rest of your week. Bye now.
