She thought Jesus was a frequency, a helpful symbol you could blend into a bigger spiritual toolbox. Then one unsettling moment and one simple invitation, “Jesus, come with me,” cracked open everything Jessica Campos thought she knew about healing, power, and truth. What followed wasn’t another clearing session or a new modality. It was deliverance, repentance, and a brand-new identity rooted in Christ.
We talk through Jessica’s journey out of New Age spirituality, including energy work, “guides,” chakras, sound healing plans, and the subtle way spiritual practices can blur discernment. Hey Lightbringers, it’s Sylvia Warsham. Welcome to Release At Reveal Purpose, and today is Jessica Compos. She and I are both authors under the Sulec Press, and that’s not how we met, actually. It’s an interesting thing. I had been following Jessica Compos’ Instagram page. I was really intrigued by the amount of followers that she had. I was intrigued by her personality. There was something about her that kept calling to me. I couldn’t quite place it. And I my son had reached out to me and had shared with me uh a nightmare he had had.
And in that nightmare, the devil was a front and center.
And I asked the Lord to share with me the faces of the women I needed to reach out to in that moment to have them pray over my family. And one of those faces was Jessica’s face. Now, this is a very personal and powerful testimony I’m sharing for the first time ever on this podcast. And her story is powerful in that she comes from the New Age spirituality, the Vu-Voo space. And I will tell you very frankly, as a faith-based woman, I’ve been one for the better part of my life. But in the last couple of years, it has really I’ve turned up the heat in that space, in that my mission has been very driven to bring more of his lost sheep back to him. And when I saw her space, and when I saw a particular video on her Instagram, I was intrigued. And in that walk, when I reached out to her to have her pray for me, I also asked her to be on this podcast because I wanted people to hear the testimony from someone who comes from that space, who now has completely shifted the trajectory of her identity and of her mission. So without further ado, Jessica, thank you so much for joining us on release at reveal purpose.
Thank you. Thank you, Sylvia. And I think it’s it’s it will be really cool to share from my side what was happening when you reach out to me, which it’s to me a validation that God’s hand is really touching both of us and both of our families.
That morning, when you text me, um, I had told my husband that the only person responsible for silencing my story would be the enemy, and that I had felt that I had been in this cave without sharing and without like knowing how to really express um this entire realizations that I’ve been having for the last year, and uh exactly like I feel like an hour later, your text came up, and I’m like, hmm, okay. Um yeah, and I was praying about um our our meeting and all of that, and and actually, um, after that meeting, like the last three weeks, they have been really fast. Um, I’m very new in my walk with Jesus. Um, and the best way that I can describe is I feel like he has been like unlocking my my my story pretty much. Um, so I’m very, very excited. And the more I share, the more conversations um we have um to bring things to be more clear. I feel like when it comes to spirituality, there’s such a blur. And um, so I’m excited to be able to kind of like take it right with you and just pick my brain and lead me. What what what do you think they need to know?
I love what you just said, I love it for many reasons, but most importantly, because God’s hand is in this, his purpose, his mission, his plan for both you and I, and how we fit into his plan, how we fit into that master plan, right? I have a a podcast. You he’s told you you need to use your voice. And you’re an attorney, you know how to use your voice. You’ve been trained, highly trained, and highly equipped, and he does equip us in our journey. We may not realize it in those moments, but when we do reflect and we go back, and I want you to take us back, take us back to the beginning of 2025 and that vision board and how March of 2025 was truly the pivotal moment that shifted everything for you.
Yeah, so last year when I started, I always just say this: I never planned to be a Christian. That was not on my cards, I never grew up as a Christian, never had um Christian parents or anything like that. I was though in Catholic school, but it was pretty much like checking the boxes, um, no practices whatsoever. Um, fast forwarding to adulting um and um and and that year, um, it would have been my almost year 10 since I was convinced that um Jesus was like a frequency, and I was just really leading um, I would say a very loving um life that I would put like giving and serving. Um, and I was like a servant leader, I would say, um, following advice from people that were successful, um, and they were using um energy um as part of their practices. That took me to be very um intrigued into the world. I was hired to work with academies that um were doing that work, and throughout that, um 2025, it had been almost 10 years since I was involved in that world to the point that I had been convinced that that was gonna be the year that I was going to have my sound healing um business. Um, I wanted to have um incorporated like that into events. I wanted um to be certified in Ashtanga yoga, that would have been my third year doing yoga. Um, and uh that is basically with a curriculum that involves the Reiki, all the certifications about that, light language, multiple modalities that um gave me powers, gave me powers. So that was my plan. Um, I never planned to stop any of that. Um, as I was progressing into um 2025, I was doing a class for my business, and that day, for the very first time, Sylvia, I did feel that there was something that my my body received as some negative energies. In this world, we don’t talk about demons, that’s not a word that you will hear, but you did you do talk and learn about the need for clearing the need for removing attachments. That was something that I was familiar with. So that day when I felt that I was like, you know, choked, um, I was doing work to heal my throat chakra. And then um that night I did my work, I did a lot of teleporting and records, and like really what happens when you’re trying to heal using those modalities is that there is this belief that the unknown has the information for you. There is the belief that the guides will have the messages for you, so you need to surrender and let the guides to speak to you. Um, the funny part is that the next morning um I told the Jesus thing to come to the car with me because I had to go to work, and um, we had about 30 minutes of a drive, and I put worship music, I put Jesus, um, I said, Jesus, come to the car ride with me, and um I started doing um this technique to release, um, and this is a technique from the somatic healing school. Um, so I was like, Hey, hey, and by number four, um, I just lost it. I lost it. Like their release was so strong that it really shocked me to the point I was like, what was that? What was that? And I was very ignorant um and naive, and I shared on my Instagram that my throat chakra healing practices were so good that I was healed. Uh, and uh, if it wasn’t for um two Christian women that reached out to me, um, and they were like, Can you tell me more about what is it that you did before that happened? And I was like, the Jesus thing, you see, you guys keep believing that that Jesus, Jesus is it, he can come with you. And I was just like very convinced that Jesus was a frequency. Um, and then the my hair lady that Monday, um, she hears all the story and she goes, So I know that you will be looking up a lot of things because that was like very um different. How about if you just do the research and find out what deliverance is? Sylvia, I I was already on fire for like what was that? Because I had I had done multiple clearing sessions before, like it was not my first time when I had experienced like Reiki energy or you know, um other kind of energies that would give you some sensations, but nothing like wanting to throw up, like wanting to be sick, and it was just like a roller coaster of emotions um all at once that ended with this sense of like, I love you, I’m here. Um, and it really allowed me to be open to explore the only main the only big thing that I did was just calling Jesus. So this Jesus is very powerful. Um, yeah, and um after I searched for that, um I I I then could not, I could not go back. I I was in shock. I did call my friends who were in the same school as I was, um, they were kind of like very um uh you know um kind of in the defense mode. Um, and until like the more questions I was asking them, I asked them like, so how do you consolidate the Trinity with um calling Jesus a power? And they could not answer that. They were like, that’s so complex, you know, like Christianity is so complex, like I’m I’m out. If you’re gonna be asking like all of those kind of questions, like no, um I have my own version of who Jesus is, who God is, um, you might just want to go on your own journey, and those relationships ended right away.
It’s funny how he comes in and removes people that are not going to be guiding you in his plan and brings people in that will guide you to the answer you were looking for.
Yeah, you’re heroing the word deliverance, that was probably highly prompted by the Holy Spirit. Can you break it up for us for those that are coming from these spaces? And and practically, what is deliverance look like?
Yeah, um, I would say um I have experienced deliverance in multiple variations, um, and because of that, and having those conversations also with other people, um, deliverance can be seamless, and you can you might have been delivered um from strongholds. Um, you know, you know, have you ever find yourself in a situation where you’re like praying that why I cannot just say no to sugar? I need more willpower, right? And then and then you pray about it, and then all of a sudden you start getting better at it, right? Like when we bring Jesus to those areas where we either are sinful about it, or we know that we have those patterns that they need to be refined, so either we can forgive faster or we can get better or something, or we can remove anxiety and fear, um, He will deliver us. In fact, um, one of the biggest realizations I had was the prayer of the old father ends with the sentence that says, and deliver us from all evil. Amen. So deliverance is the word is is the history of all of this actually comes from Genesis and the theology is that when we get to experience the salvation, um we are basically um we are held or delivered from captivity, right? So the opposite of of being delivered, think about think about in the old testament, um when uh the Jews they they were um you know in in they were like in slavery and then God delivered them. So it’s that that is the same word. In fact, when Jesus started preaching his ministry, he quotes from Isaiah, and that quote that that he talks about is actually the prophecy fulfilled of what would have happened when God would deliver his people, right? So deliverance is what um Jesus will do in order to redeem us, so then we become part of the kingdom of God. If we are not um in the kingdom of God, we are still under the other kingdom, or therefore we belong into the powers and forces of the enemy. So the the salvation, um, and if we go into the history of how baptism was considered in the beginning, Sylvia, if we actually explore even how Catholics do baptism and what they say, there are deliverance prayers in the in the baptism from the Catholic Church. So Orthodoxy as well, because what they believe is that um the the spiritual journey of a Christian, the walk with Christ starts from the moment when you say yes, that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, and then the baptism is an act of warfare. Now, somehow in the reform that was examined because think about this, they’re doing all of these things in a pagan world, so they were bringing a mix of witchcraft with a lot of mixtures of folkloric practices, hence the reason why I’m from Puerto Rico. Um, and you probably experience, you know, um, from your country, the blend of folklore and the prayers and all of these things, right? Because they they they kind of did that to move um to move Christianity, but it was not necessarily the right way to do it. To the point that to this day we still have this eh, we don’t know what to do with this information, but um, we we we get to be delivered, we get to be delivered. Um, the biggest part is when we get um to accept Jesus as our savior, um, and then daily we get to be delivered from the influence that um the enemy has over us because actually I think I recommend this book to you. I love this book, it’s from the 70s. Um, this book is discussed in seminary, um, and it’s basically kind of like a very good guide to know what are the tricks from the enemy that we should not be kind of like you know, trample into so that our deliverance stays strong and we get to be sanctified on a daily basis, like we’re supposed to be walking to a path where we are Christ-like more and more and more. So it’s it’s that process where deliverance is going to be needed on a daily basis. People who are walk working on deliverance, like they’re they’re very sensitive to the spirit, but they’re also very sensitive to what they do or they don’t do, right? Like we are mind, body, and spirit. Um, so the more aware we are of our identity, the more we are then with authority to say, no, no, no, this is this is an agenda that doesn’t belong to what God will want. So, one of the things that I have experienced is at the beginning I was so confused. I was like, what was that? Um, and it’s kind of like intriguing for some people that um I was just like led by all of this from the Holy Spirit. Actually, my friends who were leading me or discipling me, they were very um roulette in the Bible, and they would say, Hey, the Holy Spirit is your counselor, they never presented themselves as like my master or my coach. I naturally, because in the new age world, you are kind of in bondage with your master or your coach, right? That doesn’t really happen. Like when you are in a relationship with you know our Lord, um, he is our counselor, and it’s amazing how he would be counseling me. The very first lessons, like he’s been kind of giving me classes little by little. Um, and uh in the beginning, I was like, let’s just talk about the universe, because I would keep talking and mention God or the universe, right? So that was one of the very first ones, um, and understanding who is God, what is our the partnership that we have with God, like I was like, He adopted me. I wasn’t even crying, like I am his daughter, and regardless of what my father did or not, or or or didn’t do, I am I am like a child of God.
I love how you that first lesson because it is the very first lesson he he does to teach us is who are we in him? In him in him as we every piece of our journey we know that God uses absolutely everything towards his purpose. How how has he used everything in your past life to guide this new chapter?
I would say that um he gave me the capacity of absorbing a lot of information and then digest it and process it and teach it. Um so for instance, like if if you think about what an attorney does, um that degree that I no longer use, that’s now quote unquote, because I use it, um, he knew that I would have uh to to like needed to learn the Roman law, this the the progression of how our situation. Civilizations, you know, um developed. Um, and now I get to use all of those learning principles to apply that into theology. I have been in love with the Bible, all the religions. I signed myself up into schools of theology. I’m about to finish my first certification. He knows that I am a nerd and I can take it. So so that’s that’s one. Um, I feel like the other area is um he has really helped me to um to to accept and and coming to this point where um all of the modalities where I was just kind of really searching for, um, I remember at some point he was like, what was the thing that you were trying to heal? Um, and it was actually like inner child trauma. Um, the the spiritual marketplace world, um, they monetize a lot trauma, right? So if you think about the marketing language they use, now the latest one is nervous system regulation, but um, inner child trauma was something that I was trying to heal, and he brought me to the memories, he brought me to those moments, and then there were many prayers that I needed to do where those memories were very painful, and I was like, I’m coming with you to take a look at your story so that you no longer think that you are unhealed. We are going to make sense of all of this, and you’re going to use all of that to love my people, to love my creation. Like, I used to be very ashamed of my past. Um, you know, grew up in in poverty. Um, I I had seen a lot of crime, suicide. My dad went to jail. I wanted to be an attorney to get him out of jail. Um, so there was a lot of dysfunction. Um, and for many, many years, I would try to kind of compensate. And he was just kind of leading me to understanding that all of that, his providence, um, his provision, all of those things, like really shifting, and I would say this is another example where deliverance will happen for everybody that is watching. Think about areas in your life that you’re still struggling with. Like, we’re gonna have something to be to work on all the time. Take him, put him in the center with that struggle. Do you struggle with um eating issues? Do you struggle with saving money? Do you struggle with relationships? He will show you, he will counsel you, and he has let like left for us so much wisdom that discovering all of that as a newbie is like, guys, this is like the blueprint. I don’t want to hear any blueprint from anybody. The Bible has it all.
You know, I’m with you. And now that I think back, he has very much delivered me quite a few times, actually, in my journey. Now that I think about it, I just hadn’t thought of it from the perspective of deliverance, from the higher level concept of deliverance. But when you broke it down based on what he revealed to you, I was like, oh yeah, no, he sat with me because there were belief systems that that inner child uh trauma that I had, I didn’t go to a therapist for that healing. Exactly. He sat with me and he said, That’s why I told you to write that first manuscript, Journey to Me for me. Um Trust the Wisdom of Change. And it was like sitting and looking back at all the painful chapters and pivotal moments of my life. Yes, and he sat with me, and he’s like, I need you to understand who you are in me, and I want you to see yourself the way I see you, not the way the world sees you, not the way you see yourself through the world’s eyes, none of that. I want you to see yourself, and to me, that’s when I learned in 2020 and 2021 the concept of self-love. Self-love is seeing myself and loving myself the way that God does.
Yes. Oh, that’s so beautiful, and so beautiful, that just like centers him right at the center, and his two big commandments.
Like the Bible has a lot of guidance, right? We learn about God’s character, we learn about his heart, his heart for his children in in the old testament. Like, some people are like, Oh, the wrath of God. I’m like, did you notice how much patience he had? Yeah, all the mistakes in the way they because they there is idolatry right now in the world. Yes, it brings me back to how they would idolize all these other gods except him.
Now, do tell me something about yoga because I did have a podcast guest the other day that was also big time into yoga, and God came through to her and said that you’re idolizing other gods through yoga.
Do you have anything to say about that? Yeah, I mean, I would say um yoga comes from a different spiritual system. Um, and when you get to understand that those spiritual systems bring spiritual forces around you, whether you decide like that you want them or not, like it’s really not gonna be up to you. Um, this question comes a lot on my DMs, and I’m going to address what I always just tell them. Many um Christians they they want to add things that are secular, and they believe that they they have the best intentions, they will guard the practice with Jesus, right? And here’s what I tell them I said, I am not discrediting where it what is in your heart. Honestly, if the Holy Spirit is putting you that this is the way that you are going to help people, that’s amazing. Now I have a couple of questions. Um, do you think that that will help you to fulfill the great commission which is making disciples more than something else? Like, is this your only way to make disciples? And the second question is um, I always just tell them, like when I was in that other side practicing other spiritual practices, I would go to those places to do my rituals, to summon spirit, to do divination, to do sorcery, in other words, to do sinful things. The Bible is very clear. The the the scene, you know, uh creates death, creates demonic influences. Is that something that you actually want for your business? And every time I explain that to them, they’re like, okay, no more questions, no more questions. So so this stretching part, you know, I I hear all this all the time. Oh, we’re just stretching. Um, no, you you know, yes, you are just stretching, but those who are truly, truly, truly like yogis, and they follow their practices, it is a religion, it is a spiritual practice. So Jesus never, one great example for this is um we see in the Bible um the way that Jesus healed was like you you can just walk, you can just stand up, right? By faith. Um, they say that Paul’s shawl was so powerful that people would touch it and get healed. Peter’s shadow was so powerful and would heal people. Why is that? That’s the presence, that’s the Holy Spirit, right? So, in in Christianity, we do not need any rituals to express devotion to our body in a way that we will receive healing. In yoga, what happens is those particular poses are part of a ritual. I was in love with the Ashtanga, which is a practice, it’s universal practice ritual, 90 minutes, and then it divides your body in eight parts. To start with that, right? In Christianity, we have the Holy Spirit indwelling in us. I don’t need to divide my body into chakras. In Christianity, God circumcises my heart and fills my heart. There was a time, uh Sylvia, when I felt that my heart got filled, and I remember texting my friend, I can feel things. And what happens is the contrast, the modalities that I was following, they were all about clearing and getting things into the emptiness. Because they would say, and those who follow Joe Dispenser, be careful with this. Um, Joe Dispenser prescribes that healing will happen when we get our brains to rewire. That is a lie, but it’s only a partial lie. Because, yes, our brains can rewire. The problem is that he says that you need to go into the unknown, so then you leave your body, so that’s emptiness. God never wanted us to be empty. In fact, when when you see the renewal of your mind also comes with the circumcision of your heart, and that was a very big contrast for me because I’m thinking that I needed to align by emptying everything and being clear on all my chakras to the point that I wanted to all of the ones um on top of me to be clear so I could fly to the other dimensions. Talking about the contrast, right? In in Christ, he is here, he is in the 3D world in the center. I don’t need to leave my body, I don’t want to leave my body or my mind ever.
Yeah, I um I have heard of all of these go into the unknown, and there’s just so much confusion. You can confuse people, especially if they one never get into the word, especially Christians. You were talking about there’s this huge gap.
Yes.
It’s a factor for all of this. So um the way that um some cultures approach the topic of spirituality, I have found that it’s not the same. So, for instance, like I go to a non-denominational Bible church, but they they don’t really talk too much about the spiritual side of things. Um, and it seems like unless you are in the charismatic movement, um, we should not be. I think we should all really be um discerning um spirits, like didn’t the Bible say to test the spirits? So there is a lot of uh confusion when it comes to the theology of who we are in Christ, the fact that we need deliverance all the time, but also the way that deliverance is, it should not be about um, oh, there is a spirit of this into you, there is a spirit of that, you know, shadowing you, right? Whenever I hear those words, I get triggered because the way that I have experienced deliverance, like you were actually recognizing for you, God doesn’t have to name the spirit in order to deliver me from those strongholds, He reminds me, I repent, I then take Jesus into the moment where I feel hurt, and that’s deliverance. Yes, I did have some manifestations and things like that, which is also a point for us to clarify. Um, there is a case for demonic infestation in a house, right? Like there are cases where we’re gonna need those exorcisms. So, so, but there’s also so much um that hasn’t been said because of these kind of like um back and forth of should we be doing this, but this should not be happening. I think that I think that some of the leaders are still debating if Christians can be impacted by demons or not. Like we need to get over that, right? So um the top the conversations need to happen instead of avoiding the conversations, and I believe um that there is definitely um a correlation between how much the new age has becoming so popular and so fast that if you think about it, Sylvia, um you probably have seen witchcraft all over, and they’re not even hiding anymore. In the past, those were supposed to be occult practices, but now it’s completely normal that you go to a coffee shop and then they sell you uh witchcraft things because it’s cool or it’s normal. So definitely there is more um darkness around us, and that will uh present the urgency for churches to come into an alignment and say, Hey, we do need to do something about people who are coming out of the spirituality, new age practices to Christ, they will come with a different point of view, right? So um I have noticed that gap, and I have been immersed in my in my readings and really understanding and and really with the Holy Spirit, which is amazing how that counseling happens.
I heard you say quite a few things, and just to break it up for the listeners, it’s there’s like some steps that you outline or us.
So as you’re coming out of this new age and into Christianity and what truly it means to walk with Christ, it it sounds like people need to turn inward, number one, invite him into the mix, right? Ask God, show me, show me where I have you know sinned, and let me have an opportunity to repent to you. That was step one that I heard you say. The other step I heard you say was really getting into the word of God, which I think you’ve been like really making a point of saying that, and then a third step, what would that third step be in your opinion?
Um, I would say um this is from like the armor of God, right? In Ephesians. Um, if if we hear that, interesting that you asked me that because I was told that yesterday. Um, you know, what what we see in addition to the repentance and knowing the word, um, there’s also this um disprotection that comes when you are together with other Christians. I think that community um will um it’s needed. I I don’t think that we um win too much if we are in isolation because the enemy loves really accusing us and tempt us and really distract us. So community being around believers um was actually one of my steps to move forward with the gospel and gain that confidence that the gospel is good, it’s good because it is the truth, and it is the truth because it is historical, like the historical Jesus is real, and I know that some Christians feel uncomfortable because they’re like, Well, I just don’t don’t, and I have been told this. I some people are like, I just feel that it’s so uh arrogant to say that our way is the only way, and that’s a valid, that is a valid concern. If if you don’t feel comfortable in standing up and saying, first of all, there’s a the there’s multiple uh roles for the body of Christ, right? Some will be part of the speaking part, some will be part of the revelation parts. You know, we all have a purpose in the body of Christ. But if you if you are in front of people, um I don’t think that God will appreciate that you don’t honor him in public. I don’t think that God will appreciate if you especially go on stage and say, you know, to those of you who believe, you know, in God or your universe or your divinity, no, God wants us to be bold, he wants us to give him the glory. He loves God, is a very jealous God, very jealous God. I remember in the beginning, some of my friends were like, praise him, praise him. I’m saying, I’ll keep praising, I’ll keep praising because it’s it’s like it’s unbelievable what he does, and we need to give him credit. So as I progress in this, I pretty much was having this new identity, right? The identity that in the past was predicated on how spiritual I was. All of a sudden, it’s like, no, I am renouncing to that other identity, and he’s gonna give me a new identity. To be honest and vulnerable with you, I have visited the counselor multiple times with tantrums. Like, how do I consolidate this? I don’t understand this, and you know, he he he put me into the season of like I’m reconciling you, we’re gonna get this reconciliation part, we’re gonna get to, you know, like he’s gonna restore and he has the purpose, but he will never he will never break us. He will never break break us. He we just need to reorder the priorities. That was another big step for me. Um, I needed to reorder my devotion so that he will come first and um be open to not put a lot of things on my agenda and be open for him to say, Today I just want us to just be on the Bible, and until we don’t get this tantrum solved, we are not going to do anything else, and that will be his presence. He has taught me how to be in his presence. Um, and those have been one of the my favorite things to to do. Now I blog Thursdays and Fridays to hang out, to hang out with God.
That’s awesome. I I love I love your spirit, I love your journey. I think it’s gonna give some people some some good for steps, you know, initial steps out of what was once big-time new age spirituality and now full-blown, like what a transformation. And only our Lord can do that, honestly. And it’s all for his glory. Yeah, I kept hearing that message over the weekend, everything’s for God’s glory, everything’s for God’s glory, and it just it was nonstop. It’s like, do not get ahead of the Holy Spirit, let the Holy Spirit do his work in people and in my children, and myself, and my husband. Don’t get ahead of them. You know, we tend to, as human beings, want to get ahead because that’s how we’re trained. Our mind is trained to like go fix everything, and and and they kept saying, relax, like I’m in control.
Um yes, I want to say, Sylvia, one little thing is um, we carry, we carry a victory card, and that’s a big difference, especially if you’re feeling oppression, if you’re feeling your son that had a dream, you know, with demons. Some people wake up in the middle of the night, and then you’re sensing that there’s something supernaturally speaking, but there’s like these things that you feel that there’s just not right. Just know that there is nothing that they can do to you, like you carry a victory card, and what that means is that yes, the earth is full of darkness. Um, when Jesus died, he was the atonement, um, the sacrifice, and that has a meaning in the spiritual world, and especially for for the Jewish population in the Old Testament. Um, that what that means though is that when when we are in his kingdom, it’s almost like I want people to imagine that you are in another world, possibly, or relatively speaking, but that doesn’t mean that we are not going to be impacted by the forces, right? Like we struggle with the forces. So if you feel those forces and the more consciousness you acquire, you might just have more sensitivity. It’s okay, don’t be afraid. You know, sometimes I’m even like you know, um, if I’m driving, I was like, really. Um anxious for driving, and I would just get my thoughts captive, like literally, like be very, very agile at identifying if there’s something that is giving you anxiety. What was that thought? Okay, by I plead the blood of Jesus, you have no authority over me. I am a daughter of God and I am healed, I am safe, and God is with me. Jesus, show me why am I feeling this? Have this conversation. Like we are in a partnership with Jesus. He is real as real as he can be. So we carry that victory card. Use it all the time. If you need to use it 24 times a day, a hundred times a day, use your victory card for many things. I can tell you there have been times when I’m like, a car is coming from the distance, and I feel like they want to crash on me. I’m like, I plead that I plead by the blood of Jesus, nothing is going to impact like my drive to this place. You know, it’s it’s gaining that agility to um to really trust your senses here and know that um he’s with you, he’s with you, like nothing can really hurt you, and yeah, I mean there will be pain, we are not exempt of pain, but we do need to be um to feel okay by allowing ourselves to see ourselves as we carry that victory card, nothing they cannot do anything to you or to your family. So exercise that, okay.
