SPEAKER_00:

If you’ve ever struggled with fear, doubt, or worry, and wondering what your true purpose was all about, then this podcast is for you. In this show, your host, Sylvia Warsham, will interview elite experts and ordinary people that have created extraordinary lives. So here’s your host, Sylvia Warsham.

SPEAKER_01:

Today is Dr. Lise Janelle, and she’s joining us from Toronto. And boy, does she have a story to tell. She works extensively with Entrepreneurs. She’s about to publish a book and is really passionate about peak performance. So without further ado, Dr. Lise, thank you so much for joining us on Release Out of Review Purpose.

SPEAKER_03:

Thank you for having me, Sylvia. I love speaking about these things and inspiring people. So thank you for inviting me for having me on your platform.

SPEAKER_01:

Yes, and I’m so excited that you and I both speak a little, well, you speak a lot of French. I haven’t spoken French in about 15 now, and I was there when I was 20, 30 years ago.

SPEAKER_03:

Wow. I’m actually very impressed. Your accent and wow, no, you were really good. You should let it go. I learned I learned to speak English watching Sesame Street in French.

SPEAKER_01:

Yes. Because that’s kind of learning languages, don’t we? We just kind of see pictures and words, and then we just start pronouncing. But of course, French is not always the easiest thing to pronounce. And I was blessed that when I studied in Chicotomi for a month because I was crazy enough to be there in January.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh my goodness! I love it.

SPEAKER_01:

That was not the time to be there. Uh I posted that on Blackville, Texas, which is worse because that’s South Texas, that’s like a tropical environment, and we don’t have snow. And it was the worst winter in Chicago for a while. It was in 1994. And then supposedly supposed to prepare me for my year abroad in France. And I spent the Leo in France, I spent about nine months of all pregnancy abroad. And then I came back, and and you know you’re fun when you when you dream in French. And I dreamt in French right before I flew back to the United States. So that was that was interesting. But it was so cool when I saw your PubMed description that you were English and French. I was like, well, let me practice for just a little bit.

SPEAKER_03:

And and that’s also part, and you know, those stories, those are great because our purpose in life, I believe, is to bring the best out of ourselves. This is our purpose in life. But we all have talents and qualities that we can, you know, gift the world with. But you know, learning French or music or you know, gardening or whatever you do, just do like your best intentions.

SPEAKER_01:

Like just set your intention at the beginning of the day, which is what I started to do with my 10-year-old this morning. I was like, let’s set an intention. No matter what happens to us today, we’re we’re gonna intend to have a wonderful fun day. And so she was like, okay, I was like, well, I’m just gonna keep doing it because uh I want to set the example and the modeling for my kid. I did for a long time, and then you kind of get out of these pattern, like these habits, and you and it’s like, why did I do that when it’s such a good habit to like start off your day with an intention to have fun, no matter what happens to you. Because you know, you you’re gonna have good days, you’re gonna have bad days, no matter what, you’re still gonna have joy thrown at you. And if you if you’re so focused on the bad, you’re gonna miss it.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, to me, I look at life literally like a video game. When you play a video game, the idea is to have fun, isn’t it? Yeah, and but you don’t always win. That’s what makes the video game fun. I turned left the last time, that didn’t work, I’m gonna turn right this time. And then we learn to navigate, and that’s you know, you have fun playing the video game of your life. That’s why we all need to understand what’s the game we want to play. And I I totally agree. If you are modeling that for your daughter, that’s perfect.

SPEAKER_01:

You know, and I love the whole video game analogy because in video games you see kids not quitting, they want to level up, and it’s the same thing in life. When you talk about peak performance, you’re in essence leveling up. So tell us more about that. Tell us more about your story of transformation, Dr. Lee, because I really want your light to shine. How did you land in peak performance?

SPEAKER_03:

Well, my background, I was a chiropractor, and I was pretty successful chiropractor, and I was also a competitive roar. So I’m a Canadian champion, a Hanley champion, and like an eight, a four, a double. I’ve done all the books. And I was I was you know, I was going after all these goals. I was like, okay, I’m gonna go after this goal, and okay, I got this, and then I got the other one, but I was still feeling empty. And then in 1988, all of a sudden my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he was given nine months to live. That that was three weeks before my sister’s wedding. One week after my sister’s wedding, my 21-year-old daughter died in a car accident. And then within a month of this, my eight-year relationship to the man I thought I was gonna marry ended. And it was like ow, ow, ow. So, those of you if you’re watching it, I always use my yin-yang. So it was so painful that to survive it, it sent me on the quest to understand what does it take to live a great life so that when these things happen, because it’s not if, it’s when. When everybody, you know, like even if you have the most perfect life in the world and you still have people you love are gonna die. Just that. Like you need to be ready. So I I am I went on the quest to understand that so when these things happen, you don’t want to go flat like a pancake. How can you learn to use everything that’s happening to your advantage? How can you bring the best out of yourself, especially when we’re being challenged? And yeah, so that’s how I ended up you know being driven to want to do this. And I love, I love, love, love. I love giving hope. Like I have a peer review study that came out uh about the method I created. I created a method called the heart freedom method. Because peak performance, people don’t most people have no idea. Like if you read, you know, the classics like Think and Grow Rich or The Secret or The Millionaire Mind and all these things, it’s so true. You need to consciously be clear about what you want, but then you need to take actions because I’m part of the group of the movie The Secrets. I was there when they came and they shot the movie The Secret, and I tell you all these people work really hard. But if you want to sell to the mass, you want to have millions of people listening to you, and it’s like you sit there and you just visualize what you want and it’s gonna happen.

SPEAKER_01:

No, no, I mean the imagination is powerful, right? Because we know that the imagination, our mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s imagined and what’s actually done, right? So that’s part of the magic of the imagination, but you’re right, you can visualize as much as you want, but got to do the action.

SPEAKER_03:

And the only difference between someone who lives an ordinary life and an extraordinary life is their ability to take action. And so what most people don’t know, and I’m very passionate to talk about this, is that sure your conscious mind knows, but what you don’t know is 90 to 95% of what you believe is actually pre-programming your subconscious mind. And when your subconscious mind associates more pain than pleasure, more danger than safety to something you want consciously and won’t let you have it. So that’s why peak performance demands that you be a conscious being who’s aware of your goals, but also is conscious enough to be aware of your subconscious mind. Great. Once you’re aware of it, then you still need a tool to get you, you know, unblocked. That’s why I’m writing a book right now with Jack Canfield and it’s called Unstuck.

SPEAKER_02:

How appropriate.

SPEAKER_03:

Um he says it’s the missing link he’d been looking for in f 50 years of doing transformational work. He’s actually giving, I think today is his last course he ever gives. He’s retiring this week. So um yeah, so it comes I I know really good background because I’ve been using this literally with thousands of people one-on-one. And um I have a peer review study, which is why I started talking about this. And what we saw with that is that the most powerful outcome is that it gives people a feeling of control over their life and hope that they can have a great life. Because otherwise it feels so random.

unknown:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

You you go about making, you know, either athletes with their you know, start their performances, an entrepreneur with their sales, their business, relationship, love, uh, weight management, all of these things feels like it’s random and it’s never random. I am convinced that if you have something in your heart, not your head, not your gut, which is your emotions, but if you have something in your heart, it’s a true calling inside your heart, you’re meant to have it. But as you move forward to making it happen, when your subconscious mind believes it’s not good for you, it will hold you back. For example, the first time I did this mind-body work, um I was I I can do it doing muscle because my my background carapatter was doing muscle testing. So I muscle tested myself, I’m ready, willing, and able to be successful. And subconsciously with this guy, like I’m I’m strong, and then I went weak. It’s like, ah so then we ended up back five years old, and it was it’s fascinating, like it popped right out. I’m five years old, I’m coloring in my coloring book. My little sister is three and a half. So I finish before her. I go and show it to my mother, and my mother says, Well done, Lisa, you’d colour between the lines, it’s beautiful. My little sister, she can colour between the lines, yeah, she’s three and a half, and she was not finished. So now she ran away crying. Standing there going, Oh, that sucks. When I’m successful, I hurt other people’s feelings, and worse, I ended up alone. And I can tell you from working with thousands of people subconsciously, that is such a common story. Like I was in Chicago and I was speaking to 350 coaches from North America and Europe, and I talked about this, and I offered at the end, I said, if you want, I’ll test you. I had at least 100 coaches. So coaches are supposed to be all about success. And out of the hundred, there was only one coach that was congruent with wanting to be successful. Everybody else associates being successful with uh not fitting in the family or making their friends feel bad about themselves, being abandoned, people being jealous. And I because we’re social beings, when you have these beliefs in the back of your mind, it will hold you back, you will hit a plateau and you won’t be able to go through it. And there are three clues that you have a subconscious belief working against you. Number one, you know what needs to be done, but you’re not doing it. The famous procrastination. So the good news is it’s not because you’re lazy or lack willpower, it’s because your subconscious mind imagine like your conscious mind that wants something is like the size of a football, but your subconscious mind the football field. So imagine like how much energy is being drained out of you, and that’s why you feel like uh all of a sudden you know if you picked up that phone, you can you know have something, or if you trained that day, you could have amazing results, but instead you go on social media, you call your friends, you eat a whole bag of cookies, you know, to do all of these things. Why? Because the subconscious mind believes it’s gonna be too dangerous for you to have this thing that you really want. The second clue, and and actually, when is your audience is probably kind of driven kind of person, and what I find is that people then get upset and ashamed of themselves because they know what they should be done. So on top of not doing it, now they’re blaming themselves and they shame themselves into not like why am I being like this, which just increases the stuckness. Alright. Number two, you do what needs to be done, but uh, it feels like drudgery. Writing that report instead of taking you one hour takes you three and that’s okay if you are, you know, it’s just a one-time thing, but like let’s say you have a goal of starting your business and be successful a year from now, but unconsciously it’s not good for you, you’re gonna be fighting for a whole year draining yourself, working against yourself and getting sick often. Like for me, I can share everyone, uh last few months I have not been sleeping very well. I was sleeping like I couldn’t fall asleep, I couldn’t stay asleep, I would sleep four hours a night, and I’m going, is that my hormone? What’s going on? And then maybe this is an emotion, so I do the heart freedom method on it and went back when I was born. My mom was asleep and I felt I was gonna die in there. So for me to go from one quantum, which is the belly of my mom, to the outside world would meant death. So now my book with Jack is about to come out. So even though it’s a good thing, the Pavlovian bell rings, and now like my conscious, my subconscious, like danger, danger, danger. This is dangerous, you’re going to die. Like hyper alert, hyper alert, like be aware, be aware. This is dangerous. So, anyway, I got rid of this and I’ve been sleeping like a baby.

SPEAKER_01:

And you get rid of it because you talk to yourself, right? You recognize that that’s a thought that’s coming up, that’s not in alignment with who you want to be. Is that how that works?

SPEAKER_03:

It’s deeper. It’s a 10-step, it’s a 10-step method that we end up actually plugging into the subconscious and finding the exact moment when the belief was stored in your physiology.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh wow.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, okay. This is how it works. I have like two psychiatrists who got trained in Sunday because talking about it is good, but it doesn’t go into the subconscious. You need to clear the subconscious. And then I take it one step higher. I actually bring gratitude to the event at that moment. So that’s because as long as there’s an emotional charge, either positive or negative, we’re not free. We’re stuck energizedly speaking, recreating this over and over and over again. So the only way to neutralize something is to actually have gratitude for it.

SPEAKER_02:

Even if it’s bad, right? Even if it’s especially when it’s bad.

SPEAKER_03:

Especially, because sometimes we store a moment in in life where we we were overjoyed, and then we just try to reproduce this over and over again, which is a kind of addiction, and it gets us trouble. But like me, I told you about my, you know, what happened to me.

SPEAKER_02:

Your daughter and your dad, and and I can tell you all kinds of substory.

SPEAKER_03:

In the room, my I had a twin that died beside me. So, but my twin died beside me made me want to be a healer. So I’m grateful for my twin story. So that’s why, no matter how challenging it is, I am so on a quest to understand that everything that has happened happened for us, not to us. That’s why when I saw you think about purpose, I thought, ah, perfect. Because your purpose, like you wrote, and you know this, comes from the challenges. Some of the challenges you’re conscious of them, but some of the challenges you’re not aware of. And that’s what’s really cool. When you learn, if you if you want to be fully in peak performance, you need to be someone who’s consciously aware of what you want to create, but you also need to have a tool how to deal with your subconscious belief. And then it’s about taking actions and seeing what works. The third clue that you have a subconscious believer working against you is you do everything right, but you get the opposite results. And that is frustrating.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, it is.

SPEAKER_03:

When you’re driven and you follow the recipe that they tell you, if you’ll follow this, you’re gonna get it. But then always something seems to happen that prevents it from happening. It’s not a coincidence. And it’s really it becomes depressing for driven people because they feel like I tried five times already and it’s not working. I think I’m just not supposed to have it. And now people feel unlucky and feel like maybe it’s not for me. And I that’s what I’m really, really uh passionate about talking about because I want people to know that they can have heaven on earth, they can create their own amazing life, but they just need to understand the game. I call that the ultimate game of life. Like the ultimate game of life is that is that have your purpose that’s not based on your thoughts or your emotions, but truly from your heart. And and you know when it’s your heart because it’s quiet, it’s not like, oh my goodness, I wanna have this, it’s gonna be amazing. Every time we go into this, into infatuation, we end up in depression right after that. So when it’s your heart speaking, there’s a part of you that goes, Oh man, really, I’m gonna have to do this. But is it’s a calling, you don’t have a choice, you must do this. Like for me, in 1989, I wrote down a mission statement for my life, and the career part said that I’m gonna help heal the hearts of a million people.

SPEAKER_02:

That’s a pretty bold one.

SPEAKER_01:

That’s a big that’s a big hairy but big bold butcher, yeah, hairy vision, absolutely.

SPEAKER_03:

And and through maximizing their life potential, and I had no idea. I just knew the what and the why.

SPEAKER_01:

The how is not up to you, actually. Exactly that’s what most people don’t understand, especially the high achievers. They think they’re responsible for the how. I was having a coffee with a friend of mine yesterday, and she’s a very high achiever, and she just went through a lot of darkness, and she was stuck. And I said, This isn’t the how is not up to you. The how, and we’re face-based, both of us. And so I said, The how is up to God? You leave that one up to him. You are the one that designed the what. And that’s that’s your job. That is your job, that’s what you focus on, and you don’t worry about how you’re gonna get there. You’re just you know that this is your next step. That’s it. That’s what you’re focused on right now.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, that what you’re saying is so true. Like, and I believe that our heart is our connection to our soul that’s connected to God. So when we’re connected there, when we feel that calling inside of us, then the journey to manifest that calling is what brings a rich life. Like my life, since I wrote down my mission statement for my life, has been so rich. It’s not been easy. No, and and but it’s been cool also.

SPEAKER_01:

Like, but you know, we all have dark moments, and that’s the thing we were talking about yesterday, too, with my girlfriend. She said, I’m just tired of learning. I kind of just want to coast for a while. That’s not gonna work out, girl.

SPEAKER_03:

You know what I find though, the if you have big goals and you want to make them happen really quickly, you’re gonna attract lots of baseball bats to get you there. So if you want to coast, you need to have, you know, you can have big goals, but instead of trying to make them happen in six months, you make them happen in five years. Because otherwise it’s like you’re driving on the highway and you put your you’re going at 100 miles an hour, you’re still doing a map, you’re turning the corner and there’s a tree there. It’s like, you know, sometimes you just need to slow down and then you’ll pass. But you learn your lessons a lot faster. That’s the thing. If you jump in really full on, it’s gonna come at you left, right, and center. Fear, you know, but you’re gonna learn fast.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, there are lessons here that we’re meant to learn. I mean, for sure. And when we get repeat instances, like we were talking yesterday.

SPEAKER_01:

Why did this happen to me so many times? And it’s it’s I go, well, have you learned the lesson of whatever it is that God is trying to teach you in this in this dark chapter? And she she said, no, and I said, Well, I’d start there, you know, because it’s if it keeps repeating, there’s there’s something stuck there. There’s, and we were talking about beliefs yesterday, because I’m a I’m a life coach. I was like, look, there’s something that is preventing you from moving forward. And it’s it’s something that likely, you know, happened at the moment of trauma. Whatever that is, whatever is these three things that are happening to you, if they’re related. There’s a little there’s there’s something, it’s backing up into a wall of experiences that your mind is using to program a response. And and I said, So now we have to go back to understand what that belief system is, right? We know what the trauma was. Now we have to identify what is driving this thing, what is driving those thoughts, that are driving the big feelings, that are driving the reactions, and that are giving us the results in life. And she said, Oh my gosh. I said, Yeah, we’re gonna have to go way back. And and here’s and here’s where faith steps in. You can ask God for help. Please reveal to me what that belief is and allow him to show you, to guide you out of that dark chapter. But I imagine that this you mentioned something that was really key, it’s the acceptance piece. You didn’t say the word acceptance, but that’s how I described students, which is acceptance.

SPEAKER_03:

But this is with your friend, if she knew how to do the hard free dumb method, she would find it. It takes 10 minutes. Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

We’ll have to include your your link to the book where you discuss this because that way people can buy it and and that’s where you fully explain it, right? Isn’t the book?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, it’s in the book, but also I have an online program right now that people can sign up for and and like live with me. That’s that’s what I want to do, is like the book is gonna show people, and then if they want to go deeper, they can come and do an online program with me. But what you’re saying is so true, is like and from working with thousands of people one-on-one, I find there are two stages to human development. The first stage is the unconscious and a sleep infantile stage. Everybody goes through that one. The second one is the conscious, awake, and mature stage. I call the first stage the boot camp. I call the second one heaven on earth. And this is what happened in stage one. We need these beliefs because I am convinced that our essence, the essence of each and every one of us, is love.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh yes.

SPEAKER_03:

I believe that God is love. So our essence is love, but we have to forget our divine essence because otherwise, when you fully in your heart, like a little Buddha under the Buddha tree, have no desire. Like, could you imagine billions of people have no desire? That would not work so well. So we have to forget our divine essence, and then we attract the perfect challenges to drive us, because you know, we run away from pain towards pleasure. That’s what we all do. But once we can when once we come from that understanding and you find the belief, then you go, Wow, that is why I needed to have this story. And you’re right, until like it’s just gonna keep happening over and over, until you find a belief, which is the heart freedom method, you dissolve it through like you need to go in the subconscious mind, and from that place clean it out of your physiology, and then bring gratitude to that moment that was challenging. So now you’re free. Now you can go and start playing in your stage two, heaven on earth. So I like giving visuals. So the difference between stage one and stage two is in stage one, we get a sense of self from the way the world reacts to us, and the way the world reacts to us in a way we like, I’m queen, I’m king of the world, anything is possible, I can have everything I want, I’m worthy of love, I’m amazing. But as a baby, if you cried and cried and cried and cried and cried and cried, and you were put in the nursery and your mom would love to see you, but she can’t. You go, What’s wrong with me? She’s not coming. Something must be wrong. If I cry too much, it hurts. I’m gonna stop ha asking for what I want. Now we create these beliefs that having what we want is painful. That’s why people, when they’re in s in the boot camp, I call that hell on earth also. Because you can’t get out of it. But in stage two, this is what uh if you’re not if you’re not looking, if you’re only listening, it’s like if you have the yin and the yin and you use the dark side as the female principle of listening to your heart. Your heart wants you to know two things. The first thing your heart wants you to know is you already have loved and to do everything you can to let go of any beliefs to the opposite. And the second thing your heart wants for you is to admit your dreams and aspirations, and then it’s to organize your male principle to bring your heart what it wants. Ta-da! So this is how you create heaven on Voila! Extractable! Expect them all! So, and what’s cool is when you’re playing in stage two, you can go and look in my stage one. Which event did I attract that gave me the talents, the quality, the courage that now I can use in my stage two to create heaven on earth. It’s it’s really like a video game. It’s once you understand it, it’s like and I like talking about this, so thank you for having me here because yes, because this is a when when you are in stage one, you find you suddenly you Can go like, am I in stage one or in stage two right now? Am I creating or am I in reaction? Oh, pull myself back in to stage two. Everything that’s happening is happening for me.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Cool. And live becomes a different, it becomes a video game, a fun game.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, you’re leveling up. You’re leveling up because you are now using the conscious ability of your mind in stage two to work with your subconscious mind and get them out of and get yourself out of there and understand and become aware of oh, I can choose different thoughts. I don’t have to listen to my thoughts. I can actually talk to myself and talk to myself and be grateful that yes, this was a hard chapter, but I learned a lesson and I’m able to apply that lesson to get me the skill sets to give me the dreams that I want. Right.

SPEAKER_03:

Exactly. And and what you’re saying is so true. And when you do it right, when you really dissolve this the belief in the subconscious mind, you don’t need to go over it. It’s done.

SPEAKER_01:

No, it’s done. It’s actually, it seems to have power over you once you identify it and actually dispel the why with the evidence of your life. I think that’s very powerful. Because then um it’s like you’re convincing yourself. You’re using your conscious ability of your mind to convince your subconscious of like, why are you believing this? This isn’t even true anymore. Might have been true when I was a baby.

SPEAKER_03:

I’m grateful.

SPEAKER_01:

And I’m grateful, you know.

SPEAKER_03:

I don’t need it anymore.

SPEAKER_01:

I don’t thank you. Thank you for being there for me. I know you tried to protect me because you know our mind loves that. It’s like the acknowledgement and the acceptance piece of like, this was just part of me. And I needed it to learn the skill sets to serve to thrive, right? And now that I have them, I’m very grateful, but I need to let you go. And it’s the way we talk to our parents and to our habits that just no longer serve us, and it’s ready to let go.

SPEAKER_03:

And it doesn’t have to be traumatic, like I shared with you. You know, I was coloring in a coloring book.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I needed that belief. Why? Because that belief made me humble and made me want to understand, to have empathy. Like all kinds of blessings came in my life for me while I needed it. Now it’s okay for me to be my full expression, you know. I don’t myself small anymore. And and it was fascinating. Like once I let go of that belief, I was able to break through ceilings that I had, and it I find it’s amazing. You can go from ceilings to ceilings. Like I can test someone, like uh somebody last week came in and he wanted to make 40 million dollars. All right. Okay, well, but he was not even okay making 250,000.

SPEAKER_01:

You see, but you gotta be okay with it a little bit. It’s like the blessing, right? You still have a blessing, you’re making$250,000. You gotta let it left.

unknown:

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_03:

Because of his pastor, where it came from, and his father. That’s another one. That’s a really good one. Like if your family, you know, was you know, poor, it’s like I don’t have the right to have more money than my family of origin.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

But those are the like generational beliefs, too, that get passed down. That we adopt his own, like mine that got passed down that I identified long ago in the writing of my book in Faith I Thrive, I identified one that said, I need to sacrifice something to have it all, because I come from a Mexican background. And the Mexican woman, the cultural, you know, the society and the way they think, and the role of the woman, and the role of the man. And sometimes I think religion plays a role in it as well, that you don’t understand well uh scripture and how scripture is set up, and until you really dive into the word, then you understand what your true role is, and it’s very powerful. But you don’t realize how powerful it is until you you understand it fully. But going back to the original with this, the example of this guy is you’re right, it could be a generational thing, and it could be very simple. It doesn’t have to take years to get rid of the belief, it’s just an acknowledgement.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, if you do it, but you have to do it not only in your head, like from my experience, because then it just keeps coming back. That’s why you need to go in the subconscious mind. It’s subconscious mind to clear for the physiology, but then the the spiritual experience is to see wow, it was perfect for me. It was a divine design just for me. So when you you do the subconscious, which is great, but then you bring it into gratitude, which makes you feel connected with your divine essence. That’s why it really clears out of your of your uh physiology and your now. You just move on to the next one.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, and that’s how and that’s you know, because we never stop learning about ourselves. There’s just so many layers, right? We’re very there’s so many levels to us, if you will. We’re gonna use the video game analogy that we started from the beginning. And the beauty of the journey of life is discovering those layers and using those layers to level up, to kind of say, okay, thank you. I’ve learned something here, and I now know how to get to this level because I learned that skill having gone through this dark chapter. And that’s awesome. And I and I appreciate it, God. Thank you for my divine design. Uh, let’s move on to purpose. Do you think this is your divine purpose now? To work with people, to really use the heart method.

SPEAKER_03:

Ultimately, I’m gonna tell you my big agenda that I discovered through doing this work is that I know that when I do the heart fit on method, I heal the hearts of people. But more than that, I discovered lately. But it really inspires me is that it’s a big buttish goal, but that if I can get a lot of adults to know this and do the work, then they can raise little kids since they’re little kids. To know that no matter what’s happening, it’s happening for them. Yeah, to them. And they can do the heart feeding method right from the beginning and let go of stories. And then because we can never life will never only be support, it’ll be challenged. What we all need to do is we need to challenge ourselves to follow our heart. I actually got to be on stage with the people from the movie The Secret, and I got to teach them the true law of attraction. So I got a kick out of that. And I thought I’m gonna give you the true law of attraction. So if you challenge yourself, you attract support.

SPEAKER_02:

If you sit in your comfort zone, you attract challenges.

SPEAKER_03:

So if we wanna raise a state a whole generation of children, we’re gonna teach them they’re worthy of love. They’re gonna know it in their heart of hearts. And then we’re gonna ask them, like, how are you gonna bring the best out of yourself? Like if even if they’re playing a game, like how are you gonna do this out of joy or whatever, like they’re doing to do it, like challenging themselves to bring the best out of themselves with their friends, with their mom, with like their studying, like doing it in the in a conscious way. Like one of my coaches, because I certify coaches in in my method, she has a four years old. Her name is Rosemary. When she was four years old, she told her mom, you know, mom, I was in the car and I had car sickness, and I did the heart feeder method. And it went back to when I was a you know, eating in my high chair and la la la la la. So she did the heart method, and then she was my coach was telling me, Um now Rosemary is five years old. She was at a party and talking with this grown-up woman, and the grown-up woman said something, and then Rosemary’s five said, Soul, what do you think was the benefit to that?

SPEAKER_02:

It was funny because you know, kids they absorb their sponges.

SPEAKER_01:

My goodness, they absorb everything. I just tell my kids, it’s like, don’t focus on my negative attributes because we all have them. I can look at the good stuff I’m doing too. Come on.

SPEAKER_03:

But that’s why I when you told me that this is what you wanted to do with your child, it’s like, yeah, this is exactly what we need to do, is like get them inspired. Like the four things that live in the heart, one is love, the other one is gratitude, inspiration, and wisdom. Love, gratitude, inspiration, and wisdom. So when we’re connected in our heart, we get inspiration. Emotions don’t live in the heart. Love is not an emotion, it’s our essence, it’s who we are, and we know when we are there because it’s powerful, it’s stable. And and in a way, emotions is like you can be on a cloudy day thinking there’s no sun, but the sun is always there. So our heart, our love is always there, and emotions are like clouds, they come and go, but our essence is always there.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, and we gotta ground ourselves in it. So that’s awesome. Thank you so much, Dr. Lee. You’ve given us so much wisdom. Speaking of wisdom, any last minute um tips or just us words that you want to leave with the listeners of released outreveal purpose, and also let us know how we can reach you.

SPEAKER_03:

Cool. Um, yeah, so because it goes with that thing I just said about the little kids, is like all of us when we feel a challenge, we can’t allow ourselves to feel sorry for ourselves for five minutes. You know, we don’t have a spiritual bypass. So and then you take a deep breath and you go, since I’m worthy of love, how am I going to use this to my advantage? What is this asking me to do? What is it I’m supposed to master? Which direction is this sending me? Just like you know, I told you my story in 1989. Um so I face a challenge, I take a deep breath. Since I’m ordered of love, how am I gonna use this to my advantage? I’m being asked to master something because obviously if I had mastered it, it wouldn’t be a challenge anymore. Or it’s sending me in a direction I don’t know I need to go yet. Or sometimes we know we’re kicking and screaming, not wanting to go. So challenges always are there for us. And once you start looking at life that way, it’s it’s really powerful. And and for you to make it faster, make sure you learn a tool to master your subconscious mind so you can make it your your friend and not your foe.

SPEAKER_01:

And do tell us how we can reach you, Dr. Lee. So if we want to take your course or we want to buy your books.
