Where Medicine Meets Miracles And Mission with Near-Death Survivor Rob Rene

January 26, 2026

A heartbeat in the 20s. Three warnings ignored. And then the flatline that changed everything.

Rob Rene joins us to unpack how a stubborn refusal to get a pacemaker turned into an operating-table collapse, a literal restart, and a powerful reset of values, priorities, and purpose. What emerges is bigger than a medical story—it’s a guide to aligning health, faith, and daily choices when life forces you to choose what truly matters.

We dive into Rob’s first near-death experience as an elite runner hit by a truck, the identity crash that followed, and the years of chasing success to fill a void. The pandemic halted that treadmill and opened a deeper search for truth: questioning healthcare incentives, developing a research mindset, and returning to fundamentals like nutrition, sleep, movement, and community.

Rob shares why balance beats extremes—how modern medicine can save a life while holistic habits sustain it—and how Scripture moved from a ritual to a relationship that steadies the mind and energizes the body.

If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure who to trust, this conversation will help you find center, build better inputs, and act from purpose—not panic. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review to help more people find the show.

So here’s your host, Sylvia Warsham.

Hey everyone bringers, it’s Sylvia Warsham. Welcome to Release Thought Reveal Purpose. And today’s Rob Renane and I love these topics. When I love that he’s gonna want to talk about near death experiences, he just had one last week, but the one that nearly crushed him and started this journey for him into the second act of life was one that happened about 25 years ago. And it it just crossroads have a a time in your life that it just stops you, it halts you and it makes you rethink your life and rethink your purpose. Um so without further ado, Rob, thank you so much for joining us on the show.

I’m so excited to be here. It’s gonna be a lot of fun.

It’s gonna be a blast. I can only feel it in my bones and in my soul. So I’m ready to get started. Tell us about that near-death experience, the way you clinically died last, what was it, last week?

It was like two two weeks ago. I just I just to start out, I know that uh God has me here on this earth for a reason. Um I’ve had literally uh almost uh at least two, potentially three near-death experiences in my life. My my brothers call me the the ever ever you know ever ready bunny, right? Uh just I keep going and going and going. Um and so uh this last one was pretty crazy. I was like, I make a really, really long story, short as possible, is um I have a heart condition called bradycardia. It just means I have a really slow beating heart, and I’ve had that for decades. So I was a runner when I was young, that’s part of my other story. Uh, but uh was a really good runner and athlete, so I had a really good heart. Uh, but uh later on in life, I uh when I was in my I think 20s, late 20s, early 30s, I got tested and I they said I had Brady Cardia. And they said, Well, after lots of tests, they said you can either live this way or you can get a pacemaker. And I said, Well, geez, I’m living fine, I’ll just live this way. And so um, you know, fast forward you know 20 plus years later, and uh I go just get my blood check to be a good steward of my body, and the nurse you know flipped out, she thought her her monitor was broke because my heart was so low, my heart rate was so low, it was in the low 30s, and just on average, and so that’s very, very low for most people. They like were sent me to a cardiologist. So they sent me to a cardiologist, I get checked out again and do all the things, and he’s like, Man, you’re really an anomaly. He says, Your heart is just really unique. Um, he says, most people with that low of a heart rate are gonna pass out, they’re gonna you know be really exhausted and have fatigue, and I was active. I would run three days a week, I would exercise, uh, you know, lift weights three or four days a week. So very active person, so they were just blown away that I could function the way my heart was doing. But fast forward to uh to um my I got ended up getting diagnosed with stage uh three melanoma in seven months ago, and so I I am battling that battle right now, but I honestly believe God did this on purpose um for because so I believe cancer is is uh saved my life, which is a crazy thing to say, but I honestly believe that, and here’s why is I was part of my cancer treatments. They I said, Okay, you need to um get uh surgery done on your ankle. So I’m like, but we can’t do the surgery on your ankle because your heart’s too weak. And so we need to go see a cardiologist. So I go to the second cardiologist. Cardiologist says you need a pacemaker. I’m like, no, I’ll keep trying to do it myself. I tried to continue to do it myself, right? After two doctors told me I needed a pacemaker. I go down to Mexico with this amazing opportunity for treatments, um, and I get uh my mouthwork done, get my teeth, uh all the mercury removed out of my mouth and doing all the right things for my cancer treatment. And uh third cardiologist says I couldn’t get my keep my mouth treatments done unless I went and saw a cardiologist. So go to the third cardiologist, he says I need a pacemaker. So I’m like, okay, third time’s a charm. Maybe um I should do it. So what came back, you know, talked to my doctors again. They said, okay, yes, you you should they put a heart monitor on me, and the heart monitor place was freaking out because my heart was not operating well. I’m just like, I’m thinking that the same thing has always happened, but uh lo and behold, my um heart is is was failing and starting to fail. And so not only was my upper chamber not working, which it hasn’t for 20 years, it was the the second junction was bark beating my heart. And one lo and behold, I go in to get the pacemaker uh surgery, and they the nurses were freaking out. I was in the low 20 or high 20s, my heart rate was during during just just checking. They’re like, What the heck? How are you how are you standing up? And I’m just like she’s like, I was about to throw you down on the ground and start start doing press chest compressions because my heart was so low. And what had happened is they put me on the operating table to do the pacemaker, and my bottom chamber was the only one that was working. And my bottom chamber is very, very slow and very, very dangerous. If your bottom chamber doesn’t work, your heart just doesn’t work, period. So there’s no shocking you back to life if you’re you don’t have the electrical pulse in it. So on the operating table, my heart failed. Uh so that even the bottom, the bottom one failed. So if I wasn’t there with the with the right doctors, with the right people, I could have been walking down the street and that happened and failed, and I would never, I wouldn’t be here today. So it’s just a miracle that I finally decided to do it. Not a miracle, it’s God’s God’s just like saying, duh, I gave you, I gave you three different people to help you, and you ignored them. And so, you know, I’ve got to be better til better uh at listening to his the people he’s putting in my life because I did not listen, I was real stubborn, and uh, I almost died because of that. But they did put the the pacemaker in and my heart is functioning well. They tried to uh reduce the pacemaker to get my heart to operate on its own again, and it would not. So crazy, crazy enough that uh without this pacemaker in me, I would not be here today. And uh, my if I wouldn’t have gotten cancer, I would not have gotten my heart fixed because I was just too stubborn. So, literally having having cancer you know just made me get this uh pacemaker in that’s giving me a new lease on life. I have now a heart that’s beating like crazy. I’m in the 60s like normal, like the normal uh hearts are. I have energy, I’m just it’s just crazy how well I feel, and I know that he’s given me a second, and now this is literally a third chance at life to go to go make a difference for the kingdom. And I just that’s all that matters to me now is how can I, me, little Rob, make a difference in this world, and it has nothing to do with possessions, it has nothing to do with anything other than my relationship with him first, and then the relationship with my family and then friends, and then how can I make a difference in the world? And that that’s all I care about now. I don’t care about if my business goes, you know, fails, or if uh my cars get crashed, if I lose the house, no, nothing matters to me anymore. I used to be that used to be very, very important to me, all of those things, and now they’re not important that I know what is important, and and it’s my relationship with him, and how can I help have a positive impact on this world? So I’ve got some plans. I’m super excited about what I’m trying to do and trying to accomplish, and I think in 12 months from now it’s gonna, I’m gonna be able to you know start making a much larger difference in the world than I am today. And so I’m just working every day, day by day, trying to increase that so that I can in 12 months have a really significant impact on the kingdom. So there you go. That’s my that’s my near-death experience.

Your story of transformation, right? I mean, is we all get transformed through by him. The bitterness, the anger, the dark, the fear of the unknown. Because when you go through uh an experience like the one you went through two weeks ago, and uh first off, thank God you’re here. Thank you for sharing your story. Um, thank you for guiding us in in that story with such detail, because I bet some of the listeners will be able to relate. Many of us have experienced a family member with a heart condition. Uh, many of us have experienced being that stubborn child of God that needs a rude wake-up call. And what he does is he uses our choices because it was a choice you made to not have a pacemaker placed from the beginning of your life. So when we say God does it on purpose, we don’t mean that he’s doing it to hurt us. He’s doing it because he knows us so well. This is the only way we’re gonna listen.

Yeah. Uh it’s 100% accurate. Yeah.

Uh in my case, in 2012, I was someone who worked in pharmaceuticals. I was in a high stress job. I was a single mom. I had a six-year-old boy, and and I made the choice to start taking birth control pills again after the age of 35. Which, if you read the fine prints of these lovely drugs, there is a nice little line in there for birth control takers that after the age of 35, there is the risk will increase with pulmonary embolisms. And that’s what ended up happening with me. And so my miraculous story is detailed on my webpage. Uh it’s www.sylviaworsham.com. And my free chapter that I offer anybody that’s visiting the website is the chapter of receiving three miracles within 72 hours. So I say that specifically because God used that choice of mine and said, I need to wake you up because you’re on the wrong path for your life. You’re not listening to me. I’ve tried to speak to you, I’ve tried to tell you, I’ve tried to send you messengers, like he sent you how many doctors, and you kept saying no. Yeah. He knows what’s coming down our path. And he needs to use this these experiences to equip us for that. Because we’re all going to learn these lessons along the way. That you know, you learned the lesson of the first near-death experience. You learned tons of lessons. Can you share some of those lessons with us right now?

Yeah. So that the first one is I was a runner when I was young, and I ended up uh getting a full. I mean, it’s just I was a good athlete. I was one of the second best runner in the country from a mile perspective, was a distance runner. Just made the U.S. junior team and traveled with our country and beat beat five of the best athletes all across the globe in my in my event. And so I was just on my way to be a world-class runner, which is what I hold up my was my whole life at that point. And I was out in the winter on a training run, and I got hit by a 4×4 truck. Um, the 4×4 truck slid into me in the icy roads, and I was thrown 36 feet. I landed straight on my face and um was knocked unconscious, and I’d had a a bloody nose earlier in the run, and that clogged my throat. So I’m unconscious, bleeding, um, you know, on the side of the road with and not able to not able to breathe. And so very bad combination. Um, within a few minutes, I would have would have perished if my friend hadn’t known that I had my uh bloody nose. So he ended up unclogging my throat for me um while I was while I was laying there. And so if he wouldn’t have, I would probably I would be dead again today. So that was my my first experience at just uh having a really tragic accident and being very blessed that someone was there to to save me because I couldn’t have I would have died without him. And so I knew ever since then that God had a plan for my life. And so geez, I went into what I thought the the world told you to do. I went into a really big depressed state for a little while because for for that was my whole life. I’d trained for 10 plus years only to do that. So I really had a difficult time. I couldn’t be around running, I couldn’t watch running on TV, I couldn’t uh be on a street, uh a sidewalk walking along the street with cars coming behind me. That was a very, very uh tragic feeling for me. And so I went through that period of time where it was was really, really difficult. Um I did have an amazing family, an amazing brother who’s my mentor, and I just I bounced back and I ended up getting my finishing my my degree and going out into the corporate world, which you know I did what the world tells you to do, right? You gotta go work for a large corporation and get the white the the house with the white picket fence and have you know a beautiful wife and have three children, and I did all of what the world told me to do rather than what the Lord told me to do. And so um it took it took the pandemic for me to wake me up to what was going on in the real world, and that uh that was I I call it the second truck that hit me because it impacted my life in such a way, like that first one did, right? I was I was a runner on my way, and boom, this this 4×4 truck interrupts my entire existence. Um, and I had to re-re reinvent myself, and that’s really what happened with the um the second truck. When the pandemic hit, I was on a sales career and I was traveling all over and doing a really good job and and selling enterprise software, and boom, all of a sudden it’s done. I can’t travel anywhere. I’m in a in the middle of Oregon. There’s no there’s no business there, aka business, and so the team downsized uh everybody, and I’m sitting there going, oh my gosh, now what do I do? And uh that’s when my really my venture down understanding what’s going on in the world was terrifying, yet gratifying the respect that I really woke up to what I call the medical cartel. Um, I think that the healthcare system is was hijacked in the early 1900s. That the more research I did, I I ended up developing the skill set that I love to just to try to get anybody and everybody to do. You need to have the the skill set of research because you can’t believe all the information you’re being told by any resource. So I my wife gets mad at me because she’s like, she tells me something, I’m like, great, thank you for that information. I’ll take that information, but I’m gonna go vet it against the people that not people, but the places and things that I understand now are that source of truth, right? God is the first one I always go to. But then there’s there’s uh resources that I will check everything against because I’ve been lied to for so long, we have as a society, that it’s just frustrating. It’s like when you realize that that has happened, that you can’t believe what the TV tells you, what your radio, you know, what the news uh stations tell you, what your social media tells you, what your music that you’re listening to, what they’re telling you, it’s a lot of it and is a very coordinated agenda that’s being you know placed on us. And that’s really frustrating when you find that out, and how much actually big pharma controls our world is frightening when you really research it and you understand they own the doctors, they own the research, they own the facilities, they own like beginning to end the whole infrastructure. So it’s it’s um it’s scary when they you see how much control they do have. And so, anyway, I’d like that that started my my passion for all natural health, right? I was I loved nutrition from when I was young. That’s what really helped me be a different different brother than my competitions because I knew how what you put in your body fuels your body, and you know, God just put you back into that. He’s like, Okay, Rob, I I I know you know about nutrition, I know you know now research, and uh I want you to start digging in. And but man, one one story that got me on fire was um I saw them vilifying this doctor for uh recommending vitamin D for people. This is right in COVID, right at the very beginning of COVID. And I’m just like, oh my gosh, I’m doing all this research, and I’m like, okay, this they’re suing this guy for billions of dollars. He must be a really bad dude, right? So he’s a bad doctor, or maybe whatever he’s recommending, aka vitamin D, maybe vitamin D is bad. So I did research on vitamin D. It’s like vitamin D is from the sun, right? God, God created it. It’s like that okay, I couldn’t find anything wrong with vitamin D. And I couldn’t, then I said, okay, this doctor must be an evil doctor. He’s hurting people, he’s a bad person. There’s a gotta be a reason why they’re they’re suing him for that much money. And I did as much research on the doctor as I possibly could, and he seemed like an amazing doctor, right? Had no past history, no bad things that he’s done. He’s helping people with natural, holistic approaches to health. I’m like, so that doesn’t make much sense to me. So then why? Why are they suing him? And then when I started doing research on the motivation behind why, it became really evident, and I just started uncovering and uncovering and uncovering all this information about our our healthcare system. And I love all the nurses and doctors and people in the in our field and in the medical industry, they’re not bad people at all, right? It’s the system is set up for their failure, which is and and big pharma controls so much that uh you know almost everybody’s set up for failure, which is really, really sad. So anyway, I started doing research on all these things, and I’m like, how can little Rob help, right? How can I make a difference in the world? And that’s what I became passionate about. So I’m gonna go create solutions for people that are gonna help them uh naturally and faithfully, right? During that time frame was when I had a really massive transformation with my faith. Um, when I was had that time to actually sit back and uh read the Bible. Imagine that, right? I read the Bible every day. I started really uh have developing a close relationship with my savor. I’d been a Christian, aka you know, aka Christian. Uh I call it more of a creaster. Um, even you know, Christmas and Easter, I’d go to church, but I actually went to church more often than that, but I wouldn’t think about church as soon as Sunday, you know, the door hit me in the butt on Sunday. I didn’t think about church again until going into the service again that next Sunday. And I have a great time at the service. I’m like, oh, this is great. You know, I love God and I love to worship music, and then boom, you know, I go out of the church and I don’t even make it a part of my life. And so I wasn’t being a really good Christian. Now I just am 100% different than that. My life is a hundred percent changed. I used to hate to talk about politics andor um religion because I just didn’t know enough. I was really afraid of someone asking me a question that I wouldn’t be able to respond to. And now that I’ve you know been through the Bible a number of times and I’m researching the Bible and I’m just you know in it all the time, right? It’s the living word of God. He communicates me every time I read the word, and I may have nothing to do. With the words I just read, right? Which is just so incredibly cool that uh you can have that personal relationship with your savior and he can start guiding you. And ever since the pandemic, I really believe that he has been guiding me. I did a really horrible job of him of listening to him with my heart condition. So I gotta get better at listening to him. But I’m working really, really hard at trying to listen and let him lead my path where I’m headed. Because I I at the end of the day, now I’m on a mission to help people with their health. And if I can help them with their health, I can help them with what’s the most important thing, which is their faith. Because I believe that that’s the that’s what he wants me to do, is he knows that the world is broken, our healthcare system is is broken, and uh he wants me to educate people on that as well as just educate them on that. God put in uh these amazing ingredients on this earth for us. If we treat our body the way we’re supposed to, and we put the right nutrients in, our body, God made this body, our temple, so incredibly wonderfully and fearfully made that it’s it it heals itself, right? So doctors don’t heal you, you know, he can heal you. Doctors can’t heal you, but you’re gonna heal itself. Yeah, it’s so I mean it’s amazing. So if you put the right nutrients in your body, it really helps you in a in a dramatic way. And I’ve I’ve got a podcast called Biohackingville, and uh I this biohackingville is my podcast where I interview a lot of holistic doctors and practitioners and integrative oncologists, and they all end up saying that your your health starts in your gut. What you what you put in your mind.

And that’s where God is too. I God lives in the gut. Those gut instincts that you have, that’s not a gut instinct, that’s God instincts.

There you go. And so talking to you, right?

I find I want to break down some of the points that you made because you made a lot of.

Sorry, I talked for way too long, but it’s okay. I’ve got a lot to a lot of story to tell.

I I get it, but we want to break it down for the listeners because the attention spans are there’s a lot of noise out there. You made a lot of very good points. What I heard that the lessons that you learned from both experiences, one was that you stopped searching for your answers outside of yourself and turned inward to God to guide you. Because most of us, if not all of us, I don’t want to do an all or nothing, fall into the trap of thinking that our answers exist outside of us when in reality all a big majority of our answers are on the inside of us. Yet we need to invite him into relationship because what religion doesn’t teach us, I mean, I came from the Catholic side of things, that’s how I grew up. I’m full-blooded Mexican, so cat Catholicism is central to a lot of the culture, right? It teaches you more about the religion itself and the power within the religion versus the relationship and faith. There’s a big difference between being faith-based and being religious. Amen. I don’t call myself religious, right? I don’t follow the religious you know customs. What I follow is him. I find my identity in him, in his word. We know that when we read scripture, and and this took time for me, this was not something that came naturally to me. In fact, the Bible intimidated me for a long time because of the verbiage and the way it was written. And if you don’t understand the context in which it is written, you don’t have that historical perspective, it you get lost fast. You don’t know what they’re talking about and who wrote the who wrote the chapter and what time of this is is is happening, what’s going on around them. You know, what was the objective of this particular chapter in the Bible? I mean, all of that plays a role. It’s kind of like a clinical study. I came from the pharmaceutical world, so I understand you can’t test everybody. They take forever to test people. Uh, there’s so many variables that we’re looking at, so they have to exclude certain patient types or they never get done. Uh, if pharma works in collaboration with with doctors and they they didn’t control a lot of these aspects, it would be a beautiful collaboration because we we have the money to be able for the doctors to conduct the research and do it at the university hospital systems that can actually do this research. Otherwise, some of these medications, the pacemaker that you have inside your body was done because there were clinical studies developed on that device.

That’s right.

So it’s it’s not the big bad wolf. There’s not there’s a different aspect. We have to be careful with they’re always bad. Right. It’s like saying that, well, this coach is bad, so everybody’s bad. Everybody’s bad. You know, they learn from mistakes. That’s why we have the branches that control, like the Department of Justice, that can come in and say, Okay, you violated this, you you took money because you you had your reps kind of talk about something that was off label, you’re gonna get fined for that.

Right.

That’s those checks and balances are there for a reason in life, right? So, kind of going back to the lessons learned that you did. So that was lesson number one. The other one that I heard you say very clearly is that you went into a depressive state, yet you surrounded yourself with a loving community around you. And I want to emphasize that very clearly because with anxiety, depression, which can happen after a near-death experience that can shatter your then world, you want to invite light bringers into your world. What do I mean by light bringers versus light takers? This is the term I heard. Um uh oh gosh, now I’m like uh Brene Brown, a detail in one of her many books, since she talks so extensively about shame, is you want to have people that are gonna be bringers and supporters of the light within you.

Love it.

Versus someone that takes your light, that doesn’t believe in you, doesn’t believe in your capacity as a human being, doesn’t believe in, is jealous or envious of you, is trying to take something from you, takes your time, your energy, your money. That’s not who you want to surround yourself with. When you go through major crossroads in life, you want to have people that have your best interests at heart, and you know who they are. Yeah, you know who those people are. So take an inventory of the people that surround you and then start making some intelligent choices for yourself, right? You started to go on a journey of like, okay, I know I’m faced with these crossroads. There’s a there’s a purpose here. You started the quest on that purpose. I did the same thing when I faced uh pulmonary embolisms and an 80% chance of dying. Right. My liver was compromised because there was a major blood clot in my vena cava. And for those that don’t know what the vena cava does, you know it, but I have to explain it. Vena cava is the main vein that takes blood out of your major organs, and that whole vein pretty much was clotted. Wow. It only a little part was available and it was putting pressure on my liver, and it’s a condition called Bud Carey syndrome, it can happen with birth control pills. So, FYI ladies that have teenage daughters on these things, be very, very careful. If you start having um symptoms like pain every time they take a breath, anywhere in the chest area, or if they have a throbbing pain in the leg, that could be a blood clot that can then travel and become a pulmonary embolism. It can stop your heart, it can it can uh cause um a hemorrhagic stroke and and kill you. I had multiple, I have two large ones in my left lung that passed through my heart in the middle of the night, and and if I hadn’t been jolted awake and hadn’t been obedient to to God’s prompting to lean forward so I could breathe, I would be dead. Wow. You know, and so both Rob and I are here for very powerful purposes, and it’s your responsibility to find out why you’re in those circumstances in the first place. What led you to this circumstance? What were the choices you made to put your yourself in this position? And what do you think that crossroads is teaching you about what’s coming next? What lessons are you learning so that when you encounter the future, you are well equipped to handle it? Because I bought that some of the lessons that you learned you applied in this go around two weeks ago. Because it’s almost now it’s an identity. When it first happens, it’s not an identity. You’re shedding your old life, right? This is what God is having us do. When when we have this spiritual transformation or spiritual awakening, it’s the first aha moment of the you’ve got to surrender to him.

Not easy to do.

No one. Not a lot of people that love the the illusion of control. Right. Because it’s an illusion of the mind, and we all found that one out with COVID. Right. There is no control. When something like a major happen, you know, a major world affair happens that that just impacts the entire earth in the way it did, you find out very quickly that’s an illusion of your mind.

Yeah.

And it is impeding you your ego, your self-programming, your self-image is impeding you from forming a deeper relationship with him because it’s not enough to just believe in him. Satan believes in him. I mean, he wouldn’t exist if he didn’t believe in him, right? The the value that surrender gives us is the trust peace. And when we surrender daily our anxieties, our worries to Christ, we can then fulfill our mission in life. Doing this alone takes forever. We’re just sincerely go nowhere. You go nowhere, we go in cycle, you go like in circles. It feels like you’re spinning your wheels, and that’s why you feel so stuck. Invite him in. Only he can transform the bitterness, the resentment, the depression, the anxiety. Only he can do that.

And he can. And he will. And he will.

That’s what he just needs you to invite him.

Yeah.

Because if you’re waiting for him to just step in there and do it for you, he’s not gonna do it because he gives us free will. Yeah, and he’s not a self, he doesn’t impose himself on us. He when Jesus came on earth, as I read the word now, and I and I’ve watched the chosen, I love that show, because I think it depicts it in a way that you can understand what he’s doing, right? He’s showing us how to be here on earth with one another.

And you can see context, yeah.

So you can see his humor too, because God is not this what a lot of us thought he was this old testament God that just had takes revenge on everybody, and you’re gonna go to hell if you do X, Y, or Z. That’s religion talking. That’s an interpretation of someone else. That’s not him.

That’s not, yeah, that’s not him at all.

And the more you read the word and actually do a Bible study, actually have somebody explain it to you in layman’s terms. I think that’s the best way to read the Bible. I don’t know about you, but that’s the best way for me. I’m a linguistic expert, I speak three languages, and yet I had trouble with the Bible, and I was intimidated by it. And it wasn’t until he prompted me to write my first book in 2020 of all years. I tell you, this was like the reset for a lot of us. Right. I then started to understand the word because his prompting was put scripture at the end of each chapter and people and have people journal, meditate, or pray on it. And I’m like, Are you crazy? I don’t know scripture. And he’s like, You don’t. I’m the one that’s gonna give it to you. I’m the one responsible for the how. Your responsibility is the obedience piece and the surrender. That’s all you gotta do. That’s all you gotta do. Put your skills to work. What are your skills? Find out what your skills are. You found out through all these major experiences that your passion was a holistic approach to health.

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

I became an author and a life coach and uh a speaker with the John Maxwell team.

That’s awesome.

But I had to go through a period of silence and surrender. Because the other lesson I heard you say in all of what you said was that he was chiseling away your need for significance of outside sources and to refocus that significance in the mission he put you on earth to do.

Yeah, yeah. Oh man, 100%. Because I literally feel that he’s chiseled me my entire life. Oh, yeah. He trained me early on to learn about nutrition and hard work, right? I was an athlete who worked my tail off, right? I dedicated my life to being better at that particular thing, and then boom, you know, it’s gone. I’m like, well, okay, I gotta use those same skills and go into the corporate world. And so I developed relationships of how to communicate with large groups of people and how to have a conversation, how to explain complex topics in a very simple way that people can understand. And you know, boom, he taught me that. And then, you know, boom, COVID hits, and he’s like, okay, now I want uh you’re on to something else, right? And I’m like, well, what am I gonna do with all these other things? And I was like, that just doesn’t make sense to me. Now I look back on my life, I’m like, oh my gosh, it’s so clear. He taught me about nutrition when I was young, he taught me how to communicate with people. Then he’s like, I want you to go learn how to do research, I want you to learn how to help people with their health. And I was like, What am I? I I love health and I love being athletic. And how am I gonna help people with their health? I want you to go research this medical system. It’s like, oh my gosh, this is we’re we’re messed up society. And I did all the research on on our seniors. It’s like they the average senior takes 15 different prescription medications in a single year, and uh the over 40 to 50 percent of them have some type of pain. So I was like, okay, I’m gonna go find some pain relief solutions, and I developed pain relief solutions, and I’m like, you know, just started going on and on and on. The Lord is leading me to every single step of the way. That’s why I find myself so frustrated at me being so stubborn that I was so far, like what you said, I think is really a really key point that I was so far on the holistic side that I was not utilizing modern medicine like I should have.

And what uh because there’s a balance, there’s always a balance, and I think we tend to go to extremes when we start our journeys. That’s right. You know, there’s always I always use the dance analogy. Kind of follow me for a second. Okay. So when you I’m a big time dancer, I was a Zumba instructor, that was one of my hobbies after my first divorce. Awesome. Um, and my father and I used to dance together all the time, and and I’m Mexican descent, that’s almost like a prerequisite.

Right, right.

So Cumbia, Marenguis, you know, all of them have rare, and I’m gonna use my hands here. If you’re gonna take a step to the right, you always have to come center, then left, then center. If you’re doing days on it, you look crazy dancing. If there’s no rhythm, there’s no balance. So in life, there’s always a balance to things because God is within us all. We’re all interconnected. Those innovations, like the medical devices that exist inside of us, the medication they use, the TPA they use to stop the threat from killing me, right? Is important. So all of these elements play a vital role. And when we go to the extreme, we miss the messages that God is trying to say to us because we’ve we’ve catastrophized and we’ve completely gone to another extreme. We have seen what that extreme has done to our country, yeah, yeah, and to the world, and as light bringers, you and I, light warriors, we’ve got to always bring people back to center, yeah, to the present moment. That’s where God is. He is not in our future, he is not in our past, he’s in the in the present moment. So it’s important for us because you’re in a holistic thing and I’m a coach, is to connect with him daily. Right. I mean, hourly for me, because that’s the kind of relationship I have with him now. It did not start off that way.

Right.

In fact, there was a 10-year period in my first marriage where I turned away from God because I got tired and I blame God for the hypocrisy I experienced in the Catholic Church.

Ah, right, right.

So we have a tendency to want to blame him when everything goes to shit. And it’s not his fault.

That’s true.

It’s not his fault, it’s people’s flaws, people’s mistakes, that we mistakenly believe is God. Right. It’s not him. He’s never his his truth is in his in his word. His truth is in the testimony of the of the gospels when he was here on earth.

Yeah.

That’s his truth.

Amen. Right?

It’s what he used to defeat Satan in the desert, those 40 days that the Satan was tempting him in preparation for for what he was about to do to overcome the evil in the world, right? So we always, Rob, you and I have this mission on top of the mission that he has us on, which for me is to guide people through these through this journey out of fear into joy and into divine purpose. And yours is about holistic approach to medicine. We always have to remind ourselves to go back to center. And center is follow him. When things feel overwhelming and everything is jumbled up in our head, to not go to extremes, but to go back to center. What’s our center?

That’s beautiful.

Find that center for you, for the listeners to release that reveal purpose. Find that center and go back to it, reset from that space every day. And if you do that consistently throughout your life, your identity will always be Tim Biden. In your life will be so much easier. Trust me. Trust us. We have run the really hard way.

Exactly. Um tried to do it my way and look where that got me, right?

It is years and years and years of like missteps. And and and we’re still flawed human beings, we’re still gonna make mistakes. We just have learned shortcuts right now to joy and to presence because we learned it through failures along the way. Right. So any last minute tips, Rob, that you want to share with the listeners of release out reveal prepare?

Well, it’s fun. I love I love helping people with their help, right? So I we’ve been developing these solutions that I think are just just phenomenal. We have this this Exodus product that we’ve developed that I just I’m so passionate about and so excited because it’s taking seven biblical herbs and superfoods from the Bible, which are awesome, and then it combines it with modern science. So I’m doing exactly what I was pre- I’m preaching now. It’s like, you know, with my heart, right? I have modern science in my heart, but I also been treating my body holistically, so I’m doing the things the way God wants me to do our supplements the same exact way. It’s a sexodus supplement, it’s got molecular hydrogen blend in it that really cleans out that’s a selective antioxidant, so it gets rid of the free radicals inside your bloodstream. And then the nutrients from the seven biblical ingredients are organic barley grass, organic wheatgrass, aloe, cumin, um, frankincense, and myrrh, right? Those combinations of ingredients are really uh give you energy and sustained energy and help you recover from uh athletic uh endeavors. And so it’s just a phenomenal product that’s helping people in a really dramatic way. And I think probably the most important part is we include a prayer guide that goes with every single bottle, right? Because we want you to actually declare using your mouth, right? There’s power in the tongue as the word tells us.

So you proverbs, I think, right?

Yes, yes. So if you use your the power of that tongue, it’s so important, and use your eyes to read it, and your ears to hear yourself say it, and you’re declaring to him an intention, you’re reading out a specific Bible verse and you’re saying a prayer. You do those three three things every every day, and then you use the capsules to help you inside your body, and you’re using four out of your five God-given senses to help you with your health. So I’m super passionate about that. Our goal is to get a million new people to read the word through their health. So if I can help them with their health, because this thing, this thing’s these capsules help a lot with your health. But if I can do that, but then they get they get this card and they start reading, and they’re like, Oh my gosh, what is this uh Psalms 23, 2 through 3? That I didn’t know that was in the Bible. What does that mean? So we even have study guides that take people from those verses and it gives them those contexts, like you mentioned. It says, Okay, here’s what it says, but was the what was the context when it was written? And what does it really mean back then, and then what how can we apply it to today? So it’s a little you know 15-minute to 45-minute study that you can do on these verses, and just gets people intrigued and interested in in the word. And so that’s where we want to bring bring people back to center, like you mentioned. It’s like this is all of this is is his. Uh my company is his, what I do is all his, and uh, I’m I’m repenting for not listening to him when he gave me three helpers, and I I tried to do it holistically myself, and and he was like, Hey, I gave this to you, I gave this to you, I gave this to you, finally, finally listening. So, I’m gonna do a much better job at listening to um the people around me and and making better decisions going forward with with modern science and this ancient science combined. I think it’s fascinating because I believe that God put this those herbs and superfoods on this earth for a reason and that we need to utilize those. So I’m super passionate about that.

So, how do I contact you if I want to buy these products or get on a Bible study? How do we contact it?

Yes, exodusstrong.com is um the website for our Exodus product, because just a phenomenal product. Um, and then our biohackingville uh.com is our community of communities. So in that biohackingville, um my podcast is called Biohackingville Podcast. We’ve got a newsletter called Biohackingville newsletter, but within that community, if you like biohacking, these things are doing like cold plunges or red light therapy, and you’re interested in that, there’s lots of resources there. We have an integrative oncology section, which with my cancer journey, I’m super excited to help people through that cancer journey, right? Integrative oncology is a super uh exciting field, and then we have a faith section just where if you’re interested in faith, we have lots of Bible studies and we have lots of people that do prayer um and outreach for people. So we have those three integrated communities that are all part of Biohackingville. So that was a definitely to get a hold of me.

Well, amazing! Thank you so much, Rob, for being on release at Reveal Purpose today. There’s just so many pools of wisdom in this interview. And you know what’s interesting? We’ll all make resolutions at the beginning of the year. Your interview is gonna be within the first couple of weeks of January. Uh, that’s when it airs.
